Well now, doesn't the place feel cheerier already? Potted geraniums look so splendid, don't you think? Of course, they lack some of the vigour of the African Violet, but then one really does require an eye for such things.

I cant send PM's or start new threads, When I try to do either I get the title box then no box for the body of the post its self? I'm using firefox and have disabled ABP and still no joy?

Ah good, I was beginning to think it was just me, I noticed it earlier this afternoon. I've mentioned it in mods, hopefully Slick will be able to sort it later when he's around. Not a problem for everyone, apparently, as I see Gav has started a thread today, and Swoop tried and said it worked OK.

I'm also using Firefox. And at the risk of being thick, what's ABP?

Must be Firefox then, as I've just checked again & its okay for me, other than the search box being in a strange place :unsure

Everything's fine for me on chrome, IE and firefox. No updates that I know of and I didn't see anything flagged up to say any autoupdates had happened

It never flagged up for me either but i noticed it updating when i clicked on the 'about' option in the help menu.

I'm struggling like fcuk to get on Betnod tonight and a few other sites, I think it may have something to do with my Virgin BB, anybody else experiencing problems?

Yip fine ODM, I'm relieved it was a Virgin problem rather than the forum going tits up.

Any developments on the Firefox problem, Slick?

I've been told to wait until the next update as that will fix it, it's not ideal I know but there's nothing else anybody can do apparently apart from downgrading the version of firefox you have to the previous one until the next release is available.

I'll keep my eye on the matter and if anything changes in the meantime I'll let you know.

OK, no probs. If I need to start a thread I'll just use IE.

Must we endure the profusion of commercialism, messages often shrouded in foreign tongues, which seems to have tainted this site in recent weeks? Are the Moderators verifying the source of such trading, and whither are we bound?
