Without shite posts I would cease to exist. S'all I have.

I remember my mate would crawl and hop about in a brown sleeping bag with a plastic bag on his head with holes for his eyes and mouth and he'd scream, "I'm the jobby man!" Used to really freak me out.

I think someone moved that, suirthing as it was spam. I'd edited his post removing the site name before noticing it said "this post is hidden from public view" or something similar.

aye, I know it was spam MickeyPaul, only messing, he came in under the radar too as he did not put the website address or link up, just part of it as a word. I had a look at the site he mentioned, tenner to join for the month and he gives you shit hot tips, he has posted up some of the tips he has given in the past......Man City(at home) to beat Wigan, Arsenal (home) to beat Swansea, Real Madrid(home) to beat Getaffe, etc.....who is this guy....he must have inside information :lol

Sorry Suirthing, it was me that moved the original post, when I went to remove it there were no replies, it was only after I moved it that your reply appeared.

I'm afraid I already have a plate full of mind numbingly tedious tasks before me. Otherwise I'd have... probably just said, "Fuck off! Hahaha!"

How many are you dealing with? About 30? I gave up my draws/superiority system due to having to make "calculations" for every team in Britain each week. Sometimes I would just start crying half way through league one then would be laughing maniacally with handfuls of hair as I reached Scottish 3rd division. Good times.

About 20 years ago I devised a cunning system to pick out draws - it was ridiculously simple but logically sound. The one rule was that the home team had to be (if memory serves me well) between 6 and 10 places below the away team. The logic being the away team was the slightly better team but home advantage levelled things out.

Imagine my surprise when I WON THE FUCKING POOLS on the very first week I tried it  I kid you not - I did a perm (can't remember exactly what) but got a line up, okay it wasn't for hundreds of thousands or even thousands, I think I got £120 back or something, but I was like one score draw off winning a nice few quid - I was like  I'm gonna be rich doing this every week!

Did it work again? Did it fuck :grr

:lol I managed 5 from 10 first time I tried my "system" Seen (I was 14 and only had the league tables in the papers to work from).

It basically revolved around goal difference (home record vs away) with the number of total draws each side had entering the equation to give me a final number. I think I was subtracting the total number of draws from the number I had after doing the goal difference. If Team A was say 9 goals better off than Team B and both sides had 5 draws between them then Team A would be a +4. I've tweaked it so much over the years that I can hardly remember what I'm doing now.

Eerie that as believe it or not i had virtually the same system but mine was the home team had to be 3 to 6 places below the away team, using the same logic as yours and i also won the pools, i did vernons at the time and only got about £32 back as there were a lot of score draws that weekend.
I didn't do it for much longer after that as i was pissed off with getting 8 score draws and hardly winning fcuk all.

this will be the week they come undone...

the peasants have picked SEVEN fucking games to go over 2.5 goals in league 1, unheard of that many picked in one tier.

bournemouth, bury, charlton, colchester, preston, scunthorpe, sheff wednesday and wycombe.

Your systems picked that, Spacecat? :unsure That could be worth watching, certainly on the highlights if it comes in......
