I see the old 1-1 strategy never paid off Punt, wouldn't mind seeing the Spurs v Sunderland match end that way and take a 10 point hit because a lot of banker bonuses seem to riding on the Spurs win.

Lot of people on 2-1 or 3-1 as well, so unless Sunderland get another or Spurs hit 4+, there's going to be some big scores coming in.

I knew of a guy who always entered 2-0 on all forecasts, and he was modestly successful - much more than 1-1 for every score.

For those following my predictions know that they are piss poor. I only managed six correct forecasts last week, although managed to salvage my Bonus which gave me a half reasonable score.
    This week my predictions are:
    C Palace/A Villa - h
    Fulham/Norwich - h
    Soton/Cardiff - h x bonus
    Stoke/Newcastle - h
    Sunderland/Everton - a
    WBA/Tottenham - a
    Liverpool/Man City - d
    Swansea/Chelsea - a
I'll wait until after Arsenal have played in the FA Cup before forecasting their game against West Ham.
And the last two games will have to wait until nearer the time to access form and injuries.

IKTS seem to be having a bit of a problem updating the scores and tables. However I know that I've only just ten points so far, and have lost my Bonus on the Southampton/Cardiff result. That result will cost me dearly. But how did Cardiff beat high flyers Southampton, when they were outplayed and have not won in Southampton for 50 years!
Curses this is a frustrating game.

Been updated now. Not many high scores around, although Slick did manage 100. Plenty of bonuses lost on Southampton too, including myself (which is annoying seeing as I got the right outcome in 6 of the 8 matches, of all the games I could've chosen for the bonus, I had to choose that one :rant).

I've not played my bonus yet, well I have but the game is yet to be played.
I've just noticed I can still change it too:), maybe to a little something that looks safer on paper but I won't, I'll let it ride because if I do that it'll be bleeding sods law I come unstuck.
    Come on you toffee men.

Quite surprised at that - I'd assumed that everyone who hadn't already played the bonus prior to tonight would have put it on Man City, but from a quick scan through the predictions of the top 12 or so, it seems they're all on Everton. Which is nice :naughty

Was the Everton game X2 or X3?

Made no difference in the end Slick. Bookies must of filled their boots with those two scores tonight.

Everton game was X3. You're going well RC, hope you consider the paid league next season, and anyone else who has enjoyed it too. It works out at about 88p per week over the 34 weeks.

I'm still targeting a top 5 finish :crossfingers Actually, looks like Jodie Gardiner's got the league won, but I reckon 2nd place is up for grabs for anyone inside the top 11 if they can put a decent run together.

Will certainly consider the paid league when next season starts :thumb

Bad news for Everton fans that they could not win against bottom side Sunderland, but great news for the rest of us who banked on Southampton beating Cardiff. We've all lost our bonus.
Okay despite losing my bonus and having a real bummer of a week, next week I will be on even footing with everybody else.
I will be doing my damned best to beat those around me.
That's a challenge Mr Slick and Mr Reg.

That didn't go well at all, luckily everybody else near the top seem to have buggered up too one way or another, keeping hold of that banker bonus would have come in very handy with only a few games left.
