I expect Punt will be putting up the league table fairly soon but in the meantime I'll add our overall Championship position.
We've dropped a couple of places but remain in top 100 mini-leagues. And it is still better than two weeks ago.
A top 90 position is what we must aim for.:crossfingers :thumb

Just an update on my progress with Forest Green Rovers FC.
I was on the supporters coach to Gateshead on Saturday from 7am and back home at midnight.
A 4-2 away win keeps us in the Football League play offs.
Fantastic stadium that Gateshead play in - The International Athletics Arena.
Pleasant people up there, with cheap and good beer.
    Overall a decent day out.
Macclesfield must win on Saturday and hope FGR lose for them to take our provisional place in play offs.
Next season I might be able to change my IKTS club flag to FGR.

It's good to see. We're still in a poor state and relying on volunteers but it's good to see.

I've an uncle that drives 26 miles to give his free time helping out, many others do too.

The report is a good one and they've described Edgar St, perfectly. For me the old fashion floodlights are the best, it was great as a kid to drive into Hereford and see the ground a lit up from over a mile away. The're's been some cracking night games there over the years (been some shit ones too) but those old floodlights rule, i'm not sure how many grounds have them these days.

My mate tells me they've already sold over 500 season tickets but he usually adds a few on. I was bought up on regular gates of over 8,000. I've seen 18,000 crammed in there before. Over the years ive watched Chelsea, Arsenal, Man Utd and Spurs all play at Edgar St.
I've watched Bobby Moore, George Best and Rodney Marsh terrorize us while all playing for Fulham. I've watched many famous Brittish footballers play against us there.

Hopefully we'll back in the football league, one day.

Tough week for some, not for others. Well done all those hitting 100+ points

I'm sad to report that there's some scandal in the Malvern League this week. I'm officially calling out Will 1985 for a random drugs test, 240pts FFS!

    Great scoring Will :clap

WOW! I didn't think to look last night but Will's score WAS THE HIGHEST SCORE!

NOBODY from the thousands of entrants could beat him this week, 240pts was the highest score of the week. Well done Will!

    Capture.PNG

Anybody know how many entrants there are?

Absolutely fantastic score Will1985, curse you. :)
You've jumped above of me just as the season is drawing to an end.
Couple of points I've noticed in that your IKTS points and position is way better than any other player on the list above - that is class.
It is the first time that I've been in a mini-league with a superstar.
Pity you have to spoil it all by having that damn Man U badge against your team name. :moon:leaving

    Punt,
I copied your reply concerning Hereford with the Mail on Sunday link onto the Forest Green Rovers fans forum.
Hereford are well thought of and we all wish them good luck in the future.
One FGR supporter even suggested that we play a friendly at Edgar St to help the club out.
Whether that ever happens - who knows!
Hopefully Hereford and FGR will be playing local derbies in the Conference or Football League within a few years.

An update on our mini-league position on the main IKTS Championship table.
I missed it last week but we had a bummer and dropped out of the top 100, BUT this week we returned with vengeance, possibly our best position this season. Okay we had Will1985's score of 240 pts that gave us an almighty start but the three others who managed 380 pts is also commendable in a poor scoring week.

I wish I was as good at forecasting football results as I was with the general election.
This is what I wrote on a political forum a couple of weeks ago:
"I know that I'm in a minority but I have always maintained that GE2015 will see an outright Conservative majority. I've studied general elections trends and swings and have seen nothing to change my mind this year.
Standing back from the nitty gritty of party politics, this country has swayed in predictable patterns left to right and back again for a good century. The only break in this pattern was in 1997 when John Major secured a Conservative majority against the odds. That enhanced the subsequent swing to the left, giving Labour three subsequent victories. These extreme swings appear to have settled down and are currently moving in a gentle direction to the right. "

Should have put some money where my mouth was :banghead

Not sure what the odds were but you should of filled your boots there Tom.

    Gameweek 31 Top 13

    b1.PNG

Traeth and Andrew Symmonds the big hitters this week, the only two players to score over 100pts.

Slick moves into the page while Kop66 drops out of sight. I'm suicidal here ffs.

    Two gameweeks left!

News on the IKTS Championship gets better every week. The Malvern League is now in the top 70's out of hundreds of mini-leagues. Fantastic.

    [IMG] 76 (83) .....Malvern League .....Region: Malvern..... +365..... 14110

The 365 pt score is broken down as follows: Andrew Symonds - 140, Traeth - 90, Jodie & Lyn Gardiner - 70 pts each.
Obviously basic scores without Bonus. So congratulations to these four week's best players.

Only just spotted that post lol,
Don't worry you'll get over it mate, when the next Sheik buys out the Gills it'll all be a distant memory.

Saying that I do miss the hectic times of old, don't get me wrong I do enjoy watching us Win things because I never thought I'd get to see us win anything again in my lifetime but games like those against Gillingham meant a hell of a lot at the time, more than last yrs Prem win tell the truth.

The only thing that gave me a similar feeling since was Aguero's last minuter against QPR, now that was special even with the money, I can't see that ever being beaten for sheer emotion as a City fan, More so because United for a minute or two thought they had the title sewn up.
The Dickov goal is a close second mind.
