Pity Finland did not qualify ,
I agree with you Jezza, this type of group taking part would show that Europe have developed

I suppose Australia have qualified because of a spelling mistake by the organiser ,with Austria being the host.

My worry is that crowd will boo Russia ,get minimal votes and Putin will invade Austria due to the affront

You mean developed like Celtic Warriors? The trouble with acts like this year's Finnish entry or the out of tune Russian grannies in 2012 is that there is only a finite number of entries and they take places from the likes of Molly Sterling, who though mumbling somewhat did deserve to qualify.

Just seen the last song and plumped for 3. Prices taken from Bet365, who have Sweden at odds on -

    AUSTRALIA at 33's
    BELGUIM at 80's
    GREECE at 300's

Just prior to the first votes coming in and Sweden are a slightly uneasy FAV, but still odds on. Australia are now 20's and Belguim 40's.

Getting a little bit interesting now as Sweden have just gone odds against, with Rusiia 7/4 and Italy at 4's.

A shame if Russia don't win because of the politics: Polina Gagarina's was the performance of the night.

Sweden has won its sixth Eurovision with Måns Zemerlow and his song Heroes, alone on stage apart from his hologrammed friends. It was a popular win,no more so because it stopped Russia from receiving a propaganda coup. The UK's entry belonged in some Agatha Christie novel of the 1930s like "At Bertram's Hotel",but people will shrug their shoulders with indifference because we're just past caring now. Nothing will change until the BBC can be stripped of its right to monopolize the contest, disclose our entry at the last minute as a fait accompli and thereby treat us like fools.

For younger viewers here is what we have endured with Sweden over the years.
