I've watched a couple of games and it's been pretty good to be fair but I don't know enough about the teams to be betting on although Scotland might upset someone as they played well in spells against England yesterday.

One thing i have noticed is that there aren't many tackles made with players going to the ground. Most tackling seems to be shawdow style. It was the same when i went to watch Hibs v Bayern Munich ladies in the champions league a couple of years back - not many real physical challenges.

Ditto, not seen much of it just flicking over every now and again to see the scores.
They seem to be improving though from the bits I've seen, some good football being played.

Technical ability has improved no end but so has the heading and goalkeeping which was abysmal in the past. only watched a couple of games but very impressed.

I do hope though that England don’t win it. I would hate to hear the crowing that they have done something that the men can’t do- it’s just not the same. there are 3 teams that can win the women’s world cup and mist teams are shit. There are about 8 teams that can win the men’s version and most of the minnows can shock the big teams

Watch this from last year. Look at the fucking state of the defending/goalkeeping for both of Germany's goals :lol

Another win for England tonight, didn't watch it all just bits and bobs while fcuking about with the old mans box so to speak lol.

Looked ok, great goal for the winner and a belting save from the Argie keeper that would put Joe Hart to shame but I must admit I didn't watch the replay of it because the old fellas box rebooted for what must have been the 50th time just as it was about to be shown.

Just noticed I've not put the overall winners odds up, I'll do that in a wee while.

Me too. Over hyped all the time and i'm fed up of hearing it compared to the mans game.

Not enough praise for our female jockeys who are the best sports women on the planet imo. So close or on par with the male jockeys.

I hope they win it, it might embarrass the England mens team to pull their fcuking fingers out so to speak.
I don't know if it's because there's not much football on at the moment but I'm enoying watching them lol.

lol, twas surprised when he said that in the interview after the match.
Ok, Phil was more of a utility player than anything else but he's deluded and embarassed himself if he thinks Bronze is a better full back.

Maybe he was talking from a 'relative' point of view but now looks a dick he didn't mention it.

So it's the good ole US of A in the semis.

Only caught bits of the game tonight but didn't see anything special from either side apart from America's more clinical finishing on the break which was more down to bad defending by the French than anything else.

Also the USA looked more buggered than the french the longer the game went on, I'd give England every chance against them as we do seem to be getting better and better as we progress.

It was a good game. The Yanks did fade in the game but maybe that's because they did most of he attacking in an effort to get the second goal. Yanks will be strong favs to win the game but it will be interesting. I can see it being a low scoring game from the very little that I know about the game

I still don't think it's fair that France were allowed to field a transgender female, he scored their consolation goal as well.
