9.01 Tampa - NEAT STREET and WICKED COURAGE - NS wasn’t helped last time by being forced wide as the pace quickened up before coming home strongly for 2nd. Every chance based on that run at 7's. WC has Stamina doubts at the mile, but for me is worth a crack this trip at 25's.

Going with 4 tonight, all at Gulfstream Park -

    5.45 - POWER at 14's

    6.15 - FULL SEND at 8's

    7.46 - MI TIA REGIS at 33's

    8.17 - STRONG HEADED at 5's

5.30 Tampa - MR OCTOBER - Cant fathom the pace angle here, so going with MO from stall 1 at 25's an would not be shocked if this one tried something from the front.

11.32 Gulfstream Park - IL FARAONE - Fair record at the trip and considerably shorter last time out at 9/2. Much better than that effort and definite EW appeal at 20's.

6.31 Tampa - The 5 horse (SLICK AS ICE) has a terrific race make-up here as the sole early pacer and looks great value at 15.0. The majority of US jockeys are thick as pigshit though so it remains to be seen if Scott Spieth decides to decline the massive advantage an easy lead will offer. If he does secure a soft lead he should go well and should certainly trade a lot shorter than his current odds. If he doesn't lead then I want to be on whichever horse does.

Scott Spieth decided to not bother to lead on his horse, and allowed the 8 horse to do his own thing up front. Unsurprisingly the 8 horse made all and won easily while the idiot Scott Spieth and his mount dropped away tamely. I did manage to get on the winner at 2.8 (bfsp 3.4) when it was obvious it was going to be allowed a soft lead before it shortened to make a profit.

9.06 Tampa - loads of early pace here so could be nicely set up for a late finisher. FAST FIRE (no9) is by far the most obvious pick, currently 4.3 fav. Big chance and I'll be trying for 8.0 and upwards in-running.
DOMAIN (no2) is the other one likely to be staying on from off the pace, currently 15.0, could easily go a big price this one. Saver on no1 JUAN PABLO at 40.0 pre-race and then bigger in-play.

Poor. FAST FIRE a big disappointment (looked dangerous turning for home and hit 2.04 but flattened out badly. DOMAIN (no3 not no2 as I put above) flew home to grab 2nd but the winner was miles clear.

10.10 Tampa - NOSTALGIA - Makes stable debut tonight at 25's and should prove better than 4 unplaced runs suggest.

8.15 Will Rogers - a ton of early pace which could set the race up for strong finishers VISUAL PUNCH (no7) and DANCE DOCTOR (no10), currently 6.4 and 14.0 - trying for 2x and 3x these prices.

9.15 Will Rogers - JUB - Looks a chance on breeding for me at 25's

11.21 Fonner - only 6 runners but loads of front-runners so a decent chance this can be set up for the 1 horse (BUSTER BROWN BOY). He stays a mile so he will need them to go too quickly over this 6f trip but hopefully they will and he can hit big odds in-running (currently 6.0). In-running saver on the 4 horse (GONE PREACHIN) a consistent type who can sit just off the pace and pounce late (currently 8.0 but will try for bigger).

It's proving very difficult to come from off the pace at either of the two US tracks tonight, nearly every race being won from on or near the front.

8.45 Will Rogers - LYNNE T - Inconsistent, but capable type and makes her debut for a new trainer tonight at 16's

6.00 Tampa - NAUTI BUOY (#2) can take advantage of a strong pace here and take this, should trade a nide price in-play too.

There was a strong pace but to no avail as the pace held up and proved impossible to make up any kind of ground from off the pace.

7.00 Tampa - TIZNOISE - Best effort of 3 was last time and can improve again at 8's

7.15 Will Rogers - LADY ABIGAIL - Really should be thereabouts at 6's in a weak looking claimer.

7.45 Will Rogers - NORA'S LEGACY - Dam was useful and this one can leave her debut form behind at 28's.

8.45 Will Rogers - WOOD HI - Possible improver at 25's.

11.15 Will Rogers - IMMA WILD BLING - Win was followed by a couple of fair fourths and looks a bit big to me at 16's

7.27 Tampa - SPECTACULAR ROAD and FAR FROM AWESOME - Possible pace angle here, with SR a likely leader at 11/2. FFA for me is better this trip and not sure where the 40's comes from.
