Gills injury crisis continues. This week, one of our injured midfielders (McDonald) who was hoping to return from injury thanks to painkilling injections has now been ruled out for the season, and our first choice left-back (Tutonda) was back in training, and got injured again.

Meanwhile, at Rotherham on Tuesday, the bench consisted of 4 teenagers. During the match, one of the two fit CBs we had (Ehmer) dislocated his shoulder (although he does that regularly, apparently he has on occasions been back playing within 24 hours), our only fit first team striker (Akinde) got a hamstring injury, and our first choice right back (Jackson) got sent off :help

Reports are that we may only have 11 players available for Saturday, and that includes 2 keepers, and 2 of the 3 youth teamers who've been in and around the first team of late due to all the injuries.

Yet again Wolves being underrated with a massive price at City. They showed last week that they're a better side than they are given credit for

Ive been keeping an eye on Gillingham results since you first mentioned this injury crisis RC and have backed Fleetwood today.

They didnt do too bad against Pompey, only losing in injury time i think it was and was leading at Rotherham until the 40th minute

That Portsmouth result was harsh, we were the better side (I watch the games on iFollow), but Portsmouth got lucky with a cross deflected in by our centre back in injury time.

Rotherham weren't actually really that good, didn't look like a top of the table side, but still hammered us 5-1 (and missed a penalty too).

For today, our first choice keeper Cumming is out - he had Covid last week, Chelsea (his parent club) have said he has to be back in training for 2 days before we can play him. Chapman (his replacement) looked nervous at Rotherham, first Rotherham goal was down to a mix up between him and the defence.

Lineup today is a little bit stronger than expected, we've at least got a recognised striker, seems Akinde's midweek injury wasn't too bad. A few players in there probably not 100% though. And we've even managed to name 5 subs :lol

Still missing our first choice keeper (Cumming), one of our first choice CBs (Ehmer), captain and best player in midfield (Dempsey) and top scorer (Oliver) though.
