Ah we're back onto them the minute things go a bit wrong. Strangr that we've heard nothing about them in the last three months and not a yellow and green scarf in sight as far as I could see on my TV screen.

No doubt United fans are scrambling around at the bottom of their wardrobes trying to find out where they chucked the fuckers so they can dust them off and start wearing then again in August

I've not heard any mention of the Glazers out here at Manchester HQ, It's more 'Fergie out' from the reds I have spoken to.
Like I have allready said, the title race is far from over and if City do slip up they will be back to their gobby best with the best manager in the land.

I seem to have more faith in United winning the title than their own fans do, Even though City have a slight advantage again we'll come unstuck because thats what we're good at.

Huge game for City on Sunday, I was confident we would beat United at home last night but away to Newcastle is a different matter considering our away form.

They were about alright last night, one there above Carrick :) . but yes you are right I took my Anti Glazer T-Shirt out today.....

    He's gonna die,
    He's gonna die,
    Malcolm Glazer's gonna die,
How we kill him I don't know,
Cut him up from head to toe,
All I know is Glazer's gonna die,

    He's gonna die,
    He's gonna die......

Fucking hell is that the best you can do?:lol

You won't have the same trouble finding one in the crowd on the last game of the season if City beat Newcastle at the weekend I'm sure.

Well they're coming out of the woodwork again after Newcastles result last night, just had a right fcuking barney with two rags who are trying to tell me something I allready know in the fact it's not over yet as Newcastle are on fire and they won't roll over on Sunday, are they fcuking knob heads or what telling me what I've known for months.
They are that insecure they have been waiting on the result of last nights match before starting to get giddy again.

Talking of which what a goal by Cisse, I'm putting that in my top three of all time as I've never seen one scored like that before, well not since i hung up my boots anyhow.

A little giggle at Fergies expence but well done to them too for making it a title finish never to be forgotten

Agreed. I remember the '89(?) Liverpool/Arsenal finale and thought no Div 1/Prem finish would top that, but I was wrong. Don't have Sky so listened on the radio and looking forward to Match of the Day!

5 minutes added on? Two goals right at the very end when all looked lost? Sure something like that happened some time before, can't remember what the game was though :wasnme

Enjoy the celebrations Slick/Keemanan and any other City fans :thumb

Cheers RC and Punt , I'll admit though RC that I didn't think lightning would strike twice but as the game was heading towards 90 mins I was praying just for one goal so we could get the chance to do another Gillingham.
When the game finished I was numb and completely exhausted but that comes part and parcel of being a City fan I suppose, so I just ended up getting pissed lol.

It was just an unbelievable match, well ending lol as the first 90 mins were just hell.

So at a cost of £900million to Sheik Mansour bin Zayed al Nahyan of Abu Dhabi the Premiership title has been bought, which would have had the old money anglo-saxon de Trafford Baronets spinning in their graves;not since the controversial Enoch Powell Rivers of Blood speech has Manchester City had a sniff at the title, days in which seven different league clubs won in so many years, yet since the establishment of the Premier league is now the prerogative in perpetuity of just four football clubs.Whether this supermarket South Sea Bubble of money has enthralled the general public and taken the game to new heights,or has acted perniciously on the aspiring players and fans on the council estates whose dream once could come true as they clapped and cheered their team who had given their utmost after ninety minutes, but who now play spot-the-England player and witness teams who care nothing for the genuine fans or the shirt,I will leave you to judge.

True - the style being "total bollocks". I really don't know where to start with that tirade of utter fucking drivel. I know, I'll start with "since the establishment of the Premier league is now the prerogative in perpetuity of just four football clubs". I'm not even sure what you're saying there, given that you refuse to speak clearly. If it means that only four clubs have the ability to win it (in perpetuity) then you're talking shit because five clubs have actually won it already. If it means that only four clubs are going to be able to win it in the future, then you're also talking shit because three years or so ago, nobody would have thought City were ever going to do it. The pumping of money into clubs that you seem to be criticising is exactly the reason why nobody can say that a club will never win it.

Many people wish that we could return to the heady days of four or five years ago when players changed clubs for a mere pittance and title winning sides such as Arsenal and Chelsea where jam-packed full of talent from the local council estate but I'm afraid you can't turn back the clock.

Manchester United were "buying the title" long before teams like Chelsea and City ever dreamed of being able to compete with them.

I hear the argument that Sky and the money they've generated for the game has somehow made the game worse off. More people are watching English football than every before - in this country and around the world. Time moves on. Things change. Whining about what the game used to be like is not much different to whining about how you used to be able to have a night out at the pictures and a fish supper and still change for a penny.

You're a sour-faced miserable old cunt Steve. Coming from me, that's quite a statement.

Fair play to City :thumb I think blowing it like that would have been very hard to take & i believe if United had won it it would have been Fergies greatest achievement with the reduced qualioty of his side. Thats not to knock Citys achievement, as you have to factor in added nerves of it being effectively the first time

I think the treble would still have been his greatest achievement myself:)
