I thought exactly the same mate. Are they expecting patriotic numbskulls to be lumping on England I wonder.

I;m hoping for an Aussie win here as it puts us through to the quarters but I can't pick a winner here.
I agree with you about the odds as I would have both teams at 10/11 , the English media has over-hyped England

Is 22/1 for the draw ridiculous?

No bet on this game for me but I'm interested in Scotland +16 @ evens against South Africa

I was wrong in my rugby predictions yesterday but I'm really happy , the Aussies played well yesterday .
We need to beat them next week to avoid South Africa in the quarters and New Zealand in the semis.

    Yesterday's results
    England 13- 33 Australia
    South Africa 34-16 Scotland

Yip well done Traeth, I was going to say I wouldn't worry too much about SA but then spotted NZ in the semis lol.

I think Argentina are the dark horses in this comp, I'm going to have a little dabble on them at 7/4 to reach the semis, in fact and you can call me as daft as you want, because the Argies can't face NZ again until the final I'm also going to have a fiver on them reaching the final @ 8/1

    :clap

    Wish I'd followed that

I met with a friend on the train tonight and briefly we spoke of the semi tomorrow. I know nothing about rugby but asked if it were Argentina v Scotland would Argentine be odds on favs and he agreed that yes they would be.

We then briefly spoke on tomorrows game and thought that Australia at most should be about 55% - 60% favs

We were both staggered that Argentina are 3.6 on betfair

So I have had a wee dabble at this price.

They just didn't have enough nouse, plenty of possession near the end but couldn't break the Aussie line, just a pity the Scots were robbed last week because that would have been a closer game.
@ least I got my money back from them reaching the semis.
