Three hours until i am off for Christmas.
Start back in on January 8th on a new shift rota. Mainly 12 hour shifts ( at my bloody age ).
Set off with six rotas , whittled it down to the final two , the one i wanted was beaten by fourteen votes !!
Four on six off was my choice , but that's democracy for you.

I'm back in work tomorrow but will probably take Friday off because the bleeding washing machines packed in again.
I've been converting the back bedroom into an office for the last couple of day's for Moans who works from home.
It looks pretty neat although I don't like Moans's choice of colours......purple, purple and fcuking more purple.
It was yellow and when I was painting it one of the bro in laws popped his head in and said that look's loads lighter and better than that shitty purple, I said it's the purple I'm putting on you thick cnut although he did have a point lol.

Just patched the washing machine up while I wait for a part, at least it wasn't the expensive control board again although the symptoms were the same otherwise the cunt would have been binned.
LG washer dryer that ain't even 4 years old is a shambles and wasn't cheap either, I only bought the bastard because Moans changed the appliances from white to black, there was fcuk all wrong with the old indesit one we had for over ten years apart from her bursting the drum once when she washed a pair of my pants with 10 bob in the pocket lol.
quick fix with a car bodywork patch up kit and it was right as rain until I gave the bugger away, probably still going strong today.

Would have looked earlier but the match was on, still I'll have tomorrow off for some recovery time lol.

Not that I'll be missed because work's like the Mary Celeste at the moment with nobody about until next week.

Unhealthy isn't it. 66hrs a week, days and nights. Eating when you're supposed to be sleeping, too many occasions of only a few hrs sleep due to family commitment etc

I left continentals end of September, got some day work with no weekends since, temporary contract.
Been a lot less stressed or tired since. Enjoying life, feeling healthier too.
Downside is work has dried up to nothing and i'm 1.16 on the exchanges to be laid off next week.
    Not much about right now.

Just waiting for a joey as me and moans head to the bright lights of Bury town centre lol.
It's not a bad night out there tell the truth, just that the cobbles can be very slippy in this weather.

Working tomorrow again. This will be 5th Saturday on the trot so it means no drink for me tonight which i suppose isn't a bad thing. Extra money is always good so shouldn't complain too much.

Will have a few beers tomorrow night. West Ham v Newcastle could be a good game at 5.30pm but then got 'El Classico' tomorrow night which I always like. Barcelona won 3-0 midweek against them in the cup 2nd leg but Madrid should have scored so Barcelona and btts is the bet for me.

Not planning on moving far on Sunday so apart from work got feck all else on which is the way I like it. Getting back into the habit of listening to radio. Tv on but sound down and radio on.

I won't be drinking much either Keggers cause I've got a chest infection and feel like shite, I've had it all week but just as it seems to be going I wake up and it's back with a vengeance, I won't complain though as there's people with far worse.

I've got Mon/Tues off so plenty of time for recovery:beer

I still feel like shite, Chest is a lot better but it's moved up so everytime I swallow (no bukkake party's for me this weekend) it feels like I'm swallowing a razor blade.

Strange really as usually I'll recover from most things in a day or two, 5 days max but this bastard is lingering.

    Could well be.

I'm gonna give oregano oil a bash, It's actually a wonder cure for most things but I've never taken it internally.
Come to think of it I've never mentioned it on here b4 have I?
I've been testing it out warts and all literally and it's the beez kneez but fucking packs a strong punch if not used correctly.

Let me carry on being a guinea pig and I'll explain all when done:thumb

    Manuka Honey

Get some Manuka Honey Slick. I had the lurgy for about a week and it was right chesty and an older guy i work with said you need some Manuka Honey. I had never heard of it but he swore by it. He said it costs about a tenner a jar but the only one asda had was £12. A spoonful every morning and again at night and it has helped. Might have just been coincidental but it might be worth a try.
