Cheltenham 2021

Kerry Lee has two runners later

3.40 HAPPY DIVA @ 16/1, six places
4.50 STORM CONTROL @ 14/1, five places

A couple of small e.w singles and e.w double

I think a wave of the sea will win the next if it isn't outbattled up the hill. One to back and lay short in running

Henry De Bromhead has two in the next, i reckon his 22/1 shot has more chance than his 11/2 shot. Wether it'll be enough to win i dont know but I'm on MAGIC DAZE

4.50 - MILANFORD and KILFILUM CROSS - Milanford looks on a fair opening handicap mark, having run well in beginners and novice chases. Plenty of potential at 18's. KC likes this race and comes here off a nice break, so could easily put behind him his late 2020 form at 25's.

Only had a couple of bets this week but as usual Cheltenham is my nemesis so was surprised to see me finally get a place after about 5 yrs lol with Fusil Raffles in the 13.20

Envoi Allen going arse over tit cost Howson a few quid as he was the final horse in a wee accy he had, but winner of the day was Cleggy who picked the winner in three or four races he had a bet on.

Anyway enough after eventing and on to tomorrow.
I always have a bet on the Gold cup come what may and after going through all the selections I'm still none the wiser.
I've decided to go E/W on Kemboy @ around 20/1 If he can cut the mistakes out and keep out of trouble you never know, going through his history he always seems to be doing well before he clatters something or other lol.

Danny Mullins second ride on him too after winning last time out so :crossfingers

Skybet are taking the piss with their odds but I've been using them for the money back first race offers so really can't complain, the last couple of days has been money back in the first race at Cheltenham if your horse finishes 2nd, 3rd or 4th, So I'll have a dabble at that first before using Bet365 for the Gold Cup which offer much better odds.

I think I'll go for Adagio which looks to be the best of the outsiders and the only horse in the race to win course and distance.
I'm going to to E/W @ 11/1 but can easily be had at 16/1 elsewhere, If it wasn't for the money back offer Skybet are offering I wouldn't be bothering with them.

In fact the price is drifting at the moment so I'll wait to see what's on offer in the morning.

3.05 SANTINI - 2nd here last year and whilst in better form then does have a change of headgear and if he puts everything in, must have a chance at 12's.

3.40 HAZEL HILL - 13yo now, so taking a chance, but did win this 2 years ago and is 25's to win again.

4.15 CABARET QUEEN - Big chance on best form, though last 3 not so good. Looks to have her ground so could bounce back at 28's.

4.50 WHATSUPWITHYOU - 2nd here in November and still has some scope at 66's.

Henry De Bromhead is 4.2 on Betfair to be top Cheltenham trainer. He's one in front, both him and Mullins have the joint favourites in this next race.

Now @ 1.6

Mullins has strong chances in the last 3 races, HDB doesn't so im out of there with a profit.

Kemboy looked quite strong early doors but faded with about 6 jumps to go and was just outclassed in the end.

Adagio ran a smashing race though and looked like he might just nick it for a moment but gradually faded just before the line, managed to get 12/1 in the end from Skybet, which wasn't too bad as the eventual SP was 10/1.

Didn't do too badly this year at Cheltenham, with the Skybet first race money back offers, I managed to triple my money.
