Police do not work in a vacuum and have become increasingly stressed like many other workers subject to the cuts. I cannot help but recall the case of Jordan Begley, which has gone all the way to judicial review and is symbolic of the tragic breakdown of the cohesive society we used to have before laissez-faire economics took their hold. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/aug/03/ipcc-overturns-own-decision-jordan-begley-taser-death

No, that's why I posted the picture of Jordan Begley. It's the stress of the job in law enforcement, which means Police are making mistakes far more frequently here and in America, to name but two places.

Another incident in Wisconsin, USA where Police attempt to enforce the law amid a culture of lawlessness and a black youth with a criminal history as long as your arm gets fatally shot. I might agree with Colbro that state dependency is not the answer, but when the wages are too low to sustain a decent lifestyle you will get a minority with no family support drifting into crime with tragic results. http://video.foxnews.com/v/50836112...collapsed-our-black-community/?#sp=show-clips
