1.55 Thirsk - CINDY LOOPER - Notebook horse, who did improve on h'cap debut and can improve again at 25's

2.00 Turffontein - PUTINS PROMISE - Poor last time, but this is much easier at 4's.

2.30 Turffontein - AFRICAN DARTER - Wide draw to overcome and poor on first 2 handicap starts. Did win his maiden here nicely and handicapper has already relented, so no forlorn hope at 16's.

6.00 Windsor - STUDY THE STARS - Fair debut and the stables improve for a run at 12's

6.10 Limerick - VINTAGE QUEEN - Nicely bred newcomer at 12's.

7.45 - Limerick - BATTY BRENNAN - Nicely bred and the stable trained the dam. Bit surprised to see 66's on offer.
