Horse Racing Bets 7th April 2022

10.55 Vaal - GREEN SCEPTRE - Nicely bred newcomer at 10's.

3.05 Vaal - WEST POINT - Shade disappointing last time, but was a winner back in November and already edging back down the weights at 20's.

3.40 Vaal - FUNKY MUSIC and ANCESTRAL PRAYER - Pair of notebook horses at 5's and 9's respectively.

4.05 Aintree - MICHAEL'S PICK and DOWN THE HIGHWAY - Going with the pair of Ciaran Murphy ( Ireland ) runners, both available at 100's. Stable had one at 50's last week, so at least some encouragement there.

4.20 Deauville - EQUILOT - Losing run now at 12, but still very capable on a going day and certainly on a very handy mark at 12's.

5.15 Aintree - NELL'S BELLS - Impressive Carlisle Bumper win on 2nd start, but poor next time out at Cheltenham. Went off 5's that time and clearly has ability, so still of interest today at 50's.

5.30 Gowran Park - HIMALAYAN BEAUTY - May just be weighted out of it, but has run well in better company. Sole win to date came at the track, so could not rule out at 28's. Also adding PUNAKHA and SISTER LOLA at 12's and 50's respectively.

6.00 Gowran Park - THE LADY'S BID - Goes well fresh and is a C&D winner at 9's

11.30 Vaal - OCTOBER FAIR - Nicely bred newcomer and an early foal to boot at 6's.

7.00 Gowran Park - BOING - Race lacks strength in depth, so happy to go with this one, even at a drifting 40's.

7.15 Chelmsford - DORS TOYBOY and NICKY BABY at 14's and 50's respectively.
