Regular live Saturday coverage on ATTHERACES of the early South African action, alongside Towcester dogs. Three grade 1's in a row at Turffontein today and looks like ATR will be covering those, amongst a 12 race card -

11.05 Kenilworth - FLYER'S BOY - Half brother to a decent sort and probably right starting this one at 6f. Interesting newcomer at 25's.

11.40 Kenilworth - RAINBOW BRIDGE - Looks nicely bred and the early 9/2 suggests this one is fancied.

12.05 Turffontein - TWICE THE MAN - Have to forgive last poor run, but every chance on penultimate effort and 11's might prove generous.

12.35 Turffontein - MILESENDE - Showed plenty of pace on debut and does look a natural improver at 8's

4.15 Turffontein - SARAGON - Bit to find in this field, but remains lightly raced and well worth a crack at this trip. Huge ask, but still some EW appeal at 80's

6.35 Turffontein - EFFORTLESS - Shade disappointing last time, but has won at the trip and at his best on the ground. Fair EW shout at 16's

11.40 Kenilworth - Original FAV on the drift and money for the above mentioned RAINBOW BRIDGE ( Now 11/4 ) Adding ROOM AT THE TOP at 11's and POTAWAMOTI at 20's

    1.30 Kemp - Dixieland
Someone knows something. Was entered at Bath previously and pulled. Money coming for it.

Good Spot Kegs. Bit short now for my liking and not keen on 4 of the others, so gone with a couple at huge prices. VENA D'AMORE, looks nicely bred at 50's, but has drawn stall 10 which is a big negative. ARBUCKLE's debut effort came on heavy ground and never really got involved. Certainly bred to do better and should handle the poly, so basically could not resist at 150's. Also done both to finish 2nd to the FAV.

No good. Fav got badly hampered at first bend and never really got into the race.

    Back to the drawing board.
