    The court had earlier heard that Wilson admitted breaching the peace and attacking Mr Lennon, but denied uttering a sectarian remark. :unsure

    So the ,er is it the Procurator Fiscals ( summat like that ) fault ?
    Did it all have to be in one charge , is that how it works in Scotland ?

    It's a confusing article, I agree. :lol It says he admitted breaching the peace then a few lines before it says he denied all charges.
