I hope Tesco don't "settle" this with a backhander. I hope it goes all the way. It's an absolutely gilt-edged opportunity to stem the tide of anti-male bollox that has, if anything, gathered momentum with the Harvey Frankenstein case last year. This is an ideal set of circumstances for the courts to say, hang on a minute, they just aren't paying the same for the same job. Even the allegation is of "similar" jobs, which confirms the fact that they aren't paying different rates for the same job.

This should go to the highest court and they should say "Erm, get fucked off ya soft cunts". If they do that, the next lot might think twice. If not, we're going to end up with a country where women get paid more than men for doing less because employers are shit scared of the consequences. I don't want to sound like some English Defence League member but white Anglo-Saxon working class males are already the only group in society that people can treat as they like with no fear of any consequences. It's fucking laughable.

The guy on the camera is right , the police paid for by us the taxpayer have become a private police force representing any fcuker, company or otherwise able to pay off a current political party, MP or Councillor.
Well he didn't exactly say that but that is the truth.

This country's fcuked, broken, divided call it whatever you want, stand up to it and they'll have you any which way they can be it diverse, inverse, racist, homophobic, xenophobic, anyfuckingthingtheycangetyouonaphobic, it doesn't matter what you say, they have made it so it will upset somebody somewhere so your words mean nothing and if they do you'll find yourself confronted by the police.

How many fucking Police were there watching those trees being cut down? whilst the rest of their county no doubt goes to rack and ruin.

She should have browned up and stuck a hijab on, the coppers wouldn't have dared go anywhere near her.

Women / gays / blacks etc, they seem to be hell bent on punishing the modern day straight, white male because of the way they've been treated in the past, even though the modern day straight, white male completely agrees that they were treated wrongly and wouldn't even consider doing the same.

They don't want equality, they want it to be their turn to be the oppressors, it's fucking pathetic man.

Pennsylvania school district arms teachers with rocks in case of shooter
    Kristen De GrootAssociated Press

A rural school district in Pennsylvania is arming teachers and students with buckets of rocks as a last resort should an armed intruder burst in, the superintendent said Friday.

Every classroom in the district about 90 miles northwest of Philadelphia has a 5-gallon bucket of river stones, said Blue Mountain School District Superintendent David Helsel.

"We always strive to find new ways to keep our students safe," Helsel told The Associated Press in a telephone interview, adding that the rocks are one small part of the district's overall security plan.

Throwing rocks is more effective than just crawling under desks and waiting, and it gives students and teachers a chance to defend themselves, he said. The district has about 2,700 students at three elementary schools, a middle school and a high school.

Staff and students in the Blue Mountain district have been trained in a program called "ALICE" which stands for alert, lockdown, inform, counter and evacuate. Helsel said the rocks are part of the "counter" portion of training, fighting back if the intruder makes his way into the classroom.

The buckets are kept in classroom closets.

Kenneth Trump, president of the Cleveland-based National School Safety and Security Services, a K-12 security consulting firm, calls the idea illogical and irrational and said it could possibly cost lives.

He said the efforts fill an emotional security need, but don't actually enhance security.

One high school senior said he supports the plan, adding that throwing rocks is better than throwing books or pencils.

Parents also have been supportive of the measure, which was implemented in the fall.

"At this point, we have to get creative, we have to protect our kids first and foremost," parent Dori Bornstein told WNEP-TV. "Throwing rocks, it's an option.

If any of you guys know anyone who still thinks that the gender pay gap is 'a thing', then simply show them this video to counter every argument they may have.

Best thing you'll see all year...

8 months for shaving a kids head lol..the worlds gone mad.

A barber who shaved a 10-year-old boy's head as a "punishment" has been jailed for eight months.

Abdulrahim Omar, 21, from Bedford, gave the boy a "number one" haircut while others sat around and laughed, Luton Crown Court heard.

The boy felt so humiliated he dialled 999 for the police and Omar was arrested.

Omar, of Nutwood Close, previously pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Judge Richard Foster said what he did was the "most disgusting piece of humiliation".

    'A grave mistake'
The court heard Omar shaved the boy's head on 18 December to teach him a lesson as he had been using a razor himself, which the barber said was dangerous.

Prosecutor Alex Radley said the boy suffered "psychological and physical harm".

Omar, who has no previous convictions, pleaded guilty to causing actual bodily harm on 18 February.

Defending, Ahtiq Raja said: "Mr Omar recognises he made a grave mistake.

"He knows there is no excuse and knows what he has done is fundamentally wrong. The actions were a one-off."

Judge Richard Foster said: "This offence was the premeditated humiliation of a 10-year-old.

"It was despicable conduct to treat a child in that way."

You get less (or no jail time at all) for physically assaulting someone, breaking their nose etc, some of these sentences are ridiculous.
