This year’s tournament is hard to call, with very little splitting the big four in the Men’s Outright Market. Roger Federer is currently favourite to secure his eight title and is priced at 9/4 (3.25) with bet365.

He’ll face fierce competition though from Andy Murray who’s currently 10/3 (4.33), Rafael Nadal at 9/2 (5.50) and Novak Djokovic at 6/1 (7.00). Between them these four have won the last 14 Wimbledon titles, so it would be a big shock for someone outside of them to take the honours this year.

The Women’s Betting is more open than the Men’s; Karolina Pliskova is favourite at 9/2 (5.50) and is followed in the betting by Petra Kvitova at 5/1 (6.00) and Garbine Muguruza at 10/1 (11.00). Kvitova is the only one of that trio to have tasted success here before, triumphing in 2011 and 2014. That 2014 win was her last Grand Slam title though, and Angelique Kerber could be an interesting option at 14/1 (15.00). She was beaten in the final last year by Serena Williams, who is absent from this year’s tournament, and claimed two Grand Slam titles in 2016. Jelena Ostapenko, the unseeded winner of the French Open at the start of this month, is available at 14/1 (15.00).

It’s been 83 years since Britain saw success in the Men’s and Women’s tournaments in the same year, but there’s probably never been a better chance of this happening with Murray second favourite for the Men’s title and Johanna Konta fourth favourite for the Women’s. You may well be interested in the Murray-Konta double at a tempting price of just over 55/1 (56.33)!

I know super Andy has already won it and you english fuckers can call him 'british' again but Djokovic at 13/2 could be massive. I knew he's been shit since falling out with his wife after shagging the maid etc etc but he's got a new coach.

I know fuck all bout tennis but thought he's worth throwing a couple of quid at.

Nah he's Scottish cause he's not won for a while, we'll start calling him British again when he starts bucking up.

Probably the most open Wimbledon tourny for a long while, wouldn't like to hazard a guess at the winner tell the truth.

I backed Simona Halep for the women't title a few weeks ago. Dunno why - probably came in pissed and the tennis was on my Sky box when I switched it on so I must have either liked her legs or she had sticky out nipples or something:lol.

If she wins it I might make that my tennis betting system:thumb
