I'll add more odds later in the week.

I need to know what international fixtures are acceptable this weekend?
They start Thursday and finish Tuesday. Do you want Friday to Monday only? Let me know, ballbags.

I should of looked closer, the only odds up are from Thursday to Saturday, so far, so i'll post up Friday and Saturday only.
I'll pop back later in the week to add Scottish and Conference games.

I'd say the fairest thing in that case would be to mention the selection now, and we'll take the odds once they're put up. Otherwise there's the risk of a situation where you've got your first 4 selections all having won, and then having the chance to pick a heavily odds-on selection for your 5th pick, to near enough guarantee yourself the 5-fold and the double points.

Just to make it clear, I don't think for a moment you would try and pull a trick like that (or at least, if your 5th pick was heavily odds-on, it'd be because that's what you were planning on backing all along, in the same way that you've got England as a heavily odds-on selection from your first 4 picks). But I do think it's probably better to have everything above board, and to make sure everyone knows how things stand in case any kind of situation like this comes up again nearer the business end of the season.

If for whatever reason you didn't want to post it up yet, alternatively I guess you could PM it to me or someone else to act as a "witness", and then post it up yourself once the odds for the Monday games are out.
 
I haven't read all that RC, just scanned it on the way to work in the car but, as always, you are way ahead of me. I was (and still am) thinking that the odds would be put up before the Friday games but you are quite right of course.

The other point that this raises is that we should really decide in advance what bookie odds we will use if 365 are not available for any reason in the future . it may sound trivial (and indeed it is)but whoever may be putting up the odds would theoretically have the advantage of using the bookie who has the best odds for their selection.

I think that makes sense - if it sounds like I'm taking the piss, I'm not - as I said it may never happen but it's worth addressing. we've used William Hill in the past as its a decent layout to copy and past so I put that forward for consideration

Strange, in your post above, the name William Hill doesn't appear, but when I reply quoting your post, it appears. Think there's some kind of problem with the bookies links. No problems for me anyway, but as it's Punter who normally posts the odds, best to see what he thinks.

As for the Monday odds, I've not even looked who's playing on Monday, but I assume they'll be playing on Thursday or Friday too, so presumably the odds will be up once those games are played. As long as you've put up your 5th selection (without the odds if need be, they can be added later if they're not out in time) before any of your other 4 have kicked off, then there's no problem.

I will put up my selection (can't remember who it is at the mo) but I'm surprised they are waiting for results of the other games before issuing odds as other bookies have been brave enough to put odds up.

It's not like bet365 to be behind the pack- they are normally one of the best
 
just a thought, have u tried hovering over the name williamhill in the post because it probably comes up as a different colour due to being a hyperlink/hotlink and maybe that coulour isn't showing up on ur particular device ? I can see it ok in all posts

I'm on my phone at the moment and can see it fine, but on the PC (using Chrome if that makes any difference), it's not a problem with the colour, there's no blank space where the words should be, it's as if you just forget to type it altogether.
