odds are correct at time of publishing (00:00 on 27/04/2019) and subject to change.

Sterling favourite lol
As Fergie would say "Not in my lifetime".

Unless we won the WC that is:baby

Tyson Fury might be worth a shot imo, if he wins on Saturday and has a big fight before the years out then I can see his odds tumbling.
Rugby Union world cup could throw a spanner in the works though should a British team win it.

Think we'll be lucky to make the semis the way we've been playing lately.
SA did us a big favour today by beating Sri Lanka but we'll have to up our game big style to get passed India or New Zealand in our last two games against what is proving to be the best two teams in the comp.

Even if we did win it, we haven't really had a stand out player to date so they would probably go into the best team category imo because both Joe Root and Eoin Morgan are yet to turn up.

Geraint Thomas could be one to watch now Froome is out of the Tour De France, odds have now dropped to 15's to reflect this and it'll be a huge achievement should he do it as he's had his own problems injury wise this year.
Wouldn't jump in just yet though as the tour is over three weeks and the first week will give us a good window to see just where he's at without those odds changing much.

Ben Stokes in from 33/1 to 2/1 favourite after yesterday.

No surprise there, after that display I can't see anybody touching him now.
I thought he would have been about evens or odds on tell the truth.

After that performance today and his WC display Ben Stokes has surely nailed it.
3/10 now.

Managed to get on at 5/4 13/10 ish yesterday as his innings developed.

Anybody think that should England win the Rugby world cup it might have a bearing on the winner of SPOTY?
Farrell 6/1, anybody any idea which sport has the most fans?
Up North I'd say Rugby has a higher following albeit a different code but Farrell has strong ties to Rugby League due to his father, so I'd imagine he'd get a majority of their vote.

Right so I'm talking to myself:lol

After discussing this with Cleggy in work today, he reckons there are more rugby fans in the UK than Cricket fans.

I tend to agree with him and myself as it was my original thought lol.
But with us both being Northerners (sorry Winrew) our opinion might be construed as being biased.

Ideas?

Well there’s pretty much no cricket fans in Scotland wales and NI, but plenty of rugby fans, and plenty of folk who’ll pay attention to the big games even if not particularly fans, who couldn’t give a toss about cricket
