Hi Everyone,

FPL has (finally) returned for the incoming new season and so has the Betnod league. @Beanie is the reigning champion, for the second year running. I will not be going down without a fight :angry.

The code to enter the league on the FPL website is ginpii or you can use the direct join link https://fantasy.premierleague.com/leagues/auto-join/ginpii. The league has been auto renewed so if you played last year there is a good chance you are already in anyway. Please note theres been a lot of changes to FPL this year, including the website itself and they are having some teething troubles. One of the troubles is that the website constantly logs you out. Hopefully this will be fixed soon but if your trying to join via the link be aware the website might have logged you out in the 2 seconds it took to switch tabs.

The other changes to FPL this year revolve around the rules. There's now extra points up for grabs if your player makes clearances, blocks, interceptions and tackles. They altered the bonus points to make penalties worth less but goalline clearances much more. Everyones getting boosted to 5 transfers around AFCON time. All I can say is welcome James Tarkowski to my team.

Thanks to everyone who played in previous seasons, hoping to see you all again this season. :beer

Cheers Jezza, I'll do it now.
I've just had a look and they've changed the layout :ohwell.

I've managed to pick my team but I'm not overly optimistic lol.
Quite a few transfers this season within the top teams which could be interesting.

To have or have not Salah is my biggest problem, can he keep producing year and year out?
I made that mistake with De Bruyne.

Another problem I have is trying to stay loyal to City because Pep is forever rotating :duh, decisions decisions.
