Already posted about Deji Oshilaja (edit: for Gillingham, in case anyone wasn't sure) a couple of months ago, when he was priced at 16/1 for anytime scorer. He scored that day, and he scored again on Tuesday night too, taking him up to 3 goals in 8 league games this season. Despite this he's still available at 14/1 on Paddy Power.

He's a central defender, so always up for set pieces, but none of his goals so far have been typical set piece type goals, no towering headers, but he's always there in and around the 6 yard box, making a nuisance of himself, and has a knack of being in the right place.

He's had fewer minutes on the pitch and scored more goals this season than the likes of Dickensen (priced at 3/1), Loft and Houghton (both 4/1), Hessenthaler (5/1). It's been 3 years since Ryan Jackson last scored a goal, FFS, and even he's priced at 8/1. Where the hell Paddy Power have come up with 14/1 from I don't know.

Ok RC you've sold it to me now who the fcuk does he play for:lol
Only joking but it would help lesser minded peeps than myself I'm sure:wink
Newman might be interested because he's looking for longshots in the IKTS forum.

As for the Prem there's nothing of Interest, fcuking hell when Everton away to Bournemouth looks like the only tempter at half decent odds it's time to leave well alone.
I could make a prediction for all of those games but wouldn't feel confident about any of them.
If results keep on going the way they are in the Prem, I can see bets like BTTS becoming a lot more popular.

Yeah, I realised after I posted. Already edited it before you posted, mind :wink

Wouldn't be any good for Newman would it, isn't it just the Prem where he needs goalscorers?

Good luck RC, i've followed you with some bets on Oshilaja.

Talking of goalscorers, i've taken a gamble on Troy Deeney scoring at Villa tomorrow. Villa are gone and the new manager doesn't appeal or make any sense to me. Watford have ok form this season.

Deeney will take any penalty but what really makes me fancy him scoring tomorrow is that he's a big Birmingham City fan. He even has a blues tattoo on his calf. He'd love to score against Villa ....and help put a nail in the coffin.

There are better prices about but i've used Skybet for use of ease, though they are by far the biggest price on a Deeney Hat-trick.

Bets as follows...

Deeney Anytime @ 9/4, 1st @ 6/1, last @ 6/1, two or more @ 14/1, Hat-trick @ 125/1

Oshilaja Anytime @ 15/2, 1st @ 25/1, last @ 25/1, two or more @ 125/1, Hat-trick @ 400/1

Prem scorers only for Newman but i'll go give him a Deeney shout...

Oshilaja Anytime @ 15/2, 1st @ 25/1, last @ 25/1, two or
more @ 125/1, Hat-trick @ 400/1

Oshilaja hat-trick :lol To quote Les Dennis, if it's there, I'll give you the money myself.

15/2 is the price I had to take too, as that's the price in my local bookies, was happy enough with that, couldn't believe PP have him at 14/1 though.

Aye RC has already made that point making me feel like a naughty schoolboy:embarassed

I'd say Deaneys due one too but he's finding it hard in the Prem, it's not for the want of trying or his work rate either I'd like to add, he just needs a bit of luck to get him going and boost his confidence because I've noticed he's been looking to set others up rather than going for goal himself.
There you go punt, I've just set the wheels in motion for his hat trick against Villa.

There's not much to appeal in the National, but Eastleigh and Grimsby look bankers and I've taken a double at around evens. Also Cheltenham to win at Aldershot at Sky's 5/6. I saw the reverse fixture where we were very fortunate to get a 0-0, and the sides have gone in different directions since

Hopefully he'll try to right it but he better get a shift on.

Toying with backing Arsenal tomorrow but I'll have a good nights sleep to think about their injuries etc

Never did get the goal. Ryan Jackson did score his first goal for 3 years though, maybe PP knew what they were doing after all? :ohwell
