Walsall conceded 4 against Rochdale whilst the Gills turned over 2nd placed Peterborough. Why so big?

Gills fans are pessimists by nature, general concensus over the last couple of days has been that after a great performance against Peterborough, we're bound to follow it up with a tame 1-0 defeat against Walsall. Agree it's a decent price though.
