iIcant decide if Villa are too big or Liverpool too short, if you get me. I certainly couldnt back Pool at those prices. Stoke look rather large as well, & I cant makew my mind up about QPR/Fulham

I know it isn't a charity but a lot of those odds are way too short.

Newcastle with Ben Arfa back looked slughtly better. Sunderland may also give Man Ure a wee scare and Liverpool at 1/3 feck right off

Ben Arfa is doubtful for Sat, Swoops Kegs.

A bit steamed but...

Liverpool 1 Villa 1, 9/1 Skybet.

" Sunderland fans who were cheering for City, remember the day. We wont forget that. I am telling you."

Soz Seen, would love to see you get something there but i've a feeling Fergie aint forgetting.

Utd 3-0, 3-1, Any other Score, Betdaq.

Yeah, Fergie is going to make us pay by, errrrr, beating us at Old Trafford like they always do.

:thinking

They didnt fucking like it Seen, all i'm saying is big score, or weekend banker if you like.

Both Swoops, I think Liverpool should kick Villas ass but how many times have Liverpool let us down in the past.

Excellent point Punt, United will have been waiting for this one, United -2 on the AH is what I would be looking at and thats being kind.

Overall it's a shite weekend betting wise in the Prem because of the risk involved in anything looking like value.

Fergie is such a petulant hypocrite, I guess he must have forgotten about when the Man Utd fans were chanting "fuck off back to the Championship" to Sunderland when we were relegated at Old Trafford back in 2006, eh?

It was just banter man, you daft old cunt, had it been City in their place that day (or Chelsea or anyone else) and the same had happened to them, they'd have been mocked too. That's what fans do. In fact, the Sunderland fans were actually applauding the Man Utd players before the late goal news came through, as it looked like they were champions. Not to mention the fact that Sunderland did them a favour by taking more points off City last season than any other team.

I'm viewing the game a bit differently, Rooney is also looking for revenge after having this to say (to whoever wrote it for him) in his new book...

“I don’t know where I will play the previous games before it, I just want to play against Sunderland. When the fixtures come out I look for three games – City, Liverpool and Everton. This time I checked the Sunderland game. If there is one team that I want to beat this season it will be Sunderland.”

...so I'm looking for a betting opportunity with the strong possibility that Rooney will be booked or sent off, we all know he's a thick hot-head who loses his rag easily, the Sunderland players will be well aware of this and no doubt part of their game plan will be to have a few words with Shrek during the game.

Not sure of the stats for Man Utd players getting booked at OT but I've looked at Rooney's stats and his bookings mainly come in games v the top teams, so in other words in the games in which he'll be fired up going in to. Sunderland's opponents have had a player sent off at least 4 times this season.

Not sure whether to target Rooney individually or look at other options, it could turn out to be a tempestuous affair with bookings galore. Any opinions on this would be appreciated.

I think the Rooney idea is a good one, mate. Sunderlands win midweek means they'll be in a better frame of mind as well, & lets not forget there are ex-united players at Sunderland, proving as they do that they're never as good somewhere else when they're out from under Fergie. Sunderland will be fired up as well, so bookings is a great shout

ZERO BOOKINGS, therefore....

Could have seen that as soon as I agreed :lol I had Villa 2-1, Norwich 3-1, QPR 2-2 & Stoke 2-1. Bearing in mind I didnt get one right I feel a bit unlucky :unsure

No bookings, wtf?
Unlucky Swoop', well done to Villa, i skipped MotD, obviously.

:lol

You'd of had no interest in the horses, you'd of just stood there flicking my ear, going "3-1, 3-1, 3-1" :lol

Well, obviously I'm going to deny that but the possibility was always there :lol
Tbf, you aren't the first defence that couldn't control Ben10 & I don't think you'll be the last. he's like shearer at 25, or has the potential to be anyway. The worry is he's doing too well, so that someone will come in with a bid of £15 million or something in january

I hope not, i've just watched the goals on MotD 2, an exciting performance from Villa there. You need to keep these players together. Lambert's doing a fine job, if you can stop becoming a selling club then more happy days are ahead for sure.

This will also put a smile on most Villa fans faces this weekend too...
