Early days but Sunderland on the AH and Chelsea look tempters there. Torres might even get one ffs.
I'm also going to take a closer look at the possibilities of Southampton and Stoke too, at biggish odds.

Rafa wants his job back, he'll be giving his best to get a win here, and he knows the fans wouldn't begrudge him it. Chelsea are a huge price. I'm off to get some of that :leaving

5/2 Stan James. Big.

20.

I've got to go find a Trixie for them too :leaving

Rafa's already won any mind games 7 days ago by stating he'll be Liverpool manager again one day.

Rodgers had to respond to those comments and although he did do, creditably, Rafa put one over on him there.

And that aside, without being disrespectful to Stephen Gerrard and an improving Jordan Henderson, it's the weakest midfield I've ever seen at Anfield.
Hazzard, Mata, Oscar, Lampard, Ramires, Mikel. Any 3 or 4 of those should pass through our midfield. We might catch Torres on a good day too.

Lunch time smash and grab for Chelsea.

I'm not so sure punt as Liverpool usually turn it on when it matters against the decent sides, still who am I to argue against an ardent pool fan..
On form you'd have to fancy Chelsea but it's one of those games that Liverpool love to tear up the form guide, good luck anyhow.

looks like a bastard of a week fixture wise, I'm going to have to look at these a lot more closely.

A tough set indeed.

This is interesting-ish from Pulis..

Maloney's last kick of the game equiliser must of finally knocked the stuffing out of QPR last week. It's not impossible for Stoke to get something there. I thought the DNB price of 6/4 was worth taking and is now in a Trixie with Chelsea and Hereford.

lol, I was thinking the opposite Punt and got swayed towards QPR as they have nothing to lose so may aswell just go for it.
I'm not impressed at all by Stoke at the moment and think they may well be relegated if they don't start to buck up very soon, thats if they have it in them because all I see at the moment is a team that father times has caught up with, even Pulis doesn't know his best team at the moment.
I won't be betting on it so good luck anyhow.

I think City will get a result against a Baleless Spurs, we looked a bit jaded against Wigan but will know a result here will wipe Spurs from our tail and virtually guarantee that 2nd spot, Mancini made 5 changes against Wigan so at least half the team will be refreshed and the little magician Silva should also be back for this one, Aguero is a doubt but with Tevez firing on all cylinders and having the option to bring back Dzeko to give some height up front I think City should be ok.

It might also be wishful thinking but I'm seriously tempted by Villa, the way United are playing I think Villa could get something from OT and they certainly have nothing to lose by giving it a go, more so if City win to add that little bit of pressure on them.

Wigan might be worth a shout too, it's that time of the year where they usually start to work miracles and they are certainly playing well enough to get a result, if they put in the same effort as they did against City then they will create plenty of chances, the biggest risk here is whether they take them or not.

Done all 7 as trebles & 4-folds. Nearly took ut the Arsenal game but left it in in the end

I thought the DNB price of 6/4 was worth taking and is now in a Trixie with Chelsea and Hereford.

With my Trixie winning and my single in mind I've laid some Chelsea @ 1.98. for Profit locked in

Also took Paddy P's half time offer of Liverpool to score the next goal @ 5/2

Well done Punt, looks like all your picks came home, twas a minefield this weekend and I had a mare.

"He cheats, He dives, He'll eat your hands and thighs, Luis Suarez, Luis Suarez!" lol

Impossible for him to stay now.
