Like I mentioned in the "Man City" thread,Villa started confidently against City, then just capitulated,ok Saturdays home game against West Brom is a different kettle of fish, and maybe that was a one off, they were 2-5-0 before that game, but im not sure I would be wanting to back em at odds on at the moment.

Ehhm things look a bit twickier this weekend.

Villa look about right to me, they ain't playing great but against the baggies at home I'd be suprised to see anything near evens or above, I still wouldn't touch them mind even though i expect them to win as i wouldn't be suprised to see this game end up a draw.

Theres a hell of a lot of hit and miss games this weekend, Wolves v Swansea, Bolton v Sunderland, City v United, Fulham v Everton, all could go either way because the teams are so erratic or in the Manchester derby and the Fulham game the teams are so close , might be interesting to see what the X2's are on all those matches.
It's also worth bearing in mind that Fulham have a long away trip to Eastern Europe tonight in the Europa cup.

Spurs too have a Europa cup tie but at least its at home and they have a large squad to cope, of all those fixtures Spurs away to Blackburn is probably the only one thats takes my interest odds wise.

Struggling, i'm really struggling to find a bet in the 1X2 market, infact i gave up within 2 minutes of this thread being posted. No team stands out with any great confidence apart from Chelsea and the odds are poor all round.

How about another angle on the fixtures, what about the total goals market? 2-3 goals is usually close to Evens, how many of those games are going to have either 2 or 3 goals in, a few i'd say.

I'm playing Liverpool v Norwich, i think that could be 2 or 3 nil or maybe 2-1, United v City a possible 1-1 or 2-1 either way for me and the Geordies a possible 2-0 or 2-1.

I'll play those in a straight treble.
