Looks like a straight forward set of fixtures but we know that's rarely the case lol.

Arsenal look a half decent price but after last weeks performance we know Now is not the time to back them with their short falls et all at the moment, plus Fulham are no mugs at home and come into this match on a high after beating Sunderland at the weekend. Bent and Parker will also improve the squad no end albeit they are both past their sell by date.
I'll go for a draw here.

Everton should see of the Baggies but that price looks a bit short to me, I've still to see a lot more Everton games yet with Martinez in charge before I risk any ackers on them.
Everton win but I wouldn't rule out the draw.

Hull v Norwich looks a tight one, Hull held their own once the nerves settled at Chelsea and came away with there pride in tact when it looked like they were in for a good hiding after the first 20 mins at Stamford Bridge, once they got into the match though they were unlucky not to get something out of the game be it at least a goal.
Norwich have spent a few bob over the summer, opting for names like Wolfswinkel where with a name like that you have to be good, I presume the English translation would be dogsdick not?
anyhow he looks half decent but it's early doors yet to cast a firm opinion of him, time will tell.
I reckon Hull will give as good as they get and just might nick this by the odd goal.

Newcastle if that display against City was anything to go by look to be starting this season as they ended the last i.e shite.
Staylor's red card has done them no favours, Gutierrez (hamstring) and out If Cobaye doesn't play again then I can see Newcastle struggling here.
West Ham put in a decent and strong display at the weekend with the hammers looking like they have a lot of team spirit amongst the players, something Newcastle are definitely lacking.
I know it was only Cardiff but winning breeds confidence and I reckon West Ham have a very good chance of turning over Newcastle here.
West Ham win.

Half decent price for Sunderland against the Saints, they mat have got beaten at the weekend but they created more than enough chances to see Fulham off before and after they got sucker punched.
Di Canio won't be a happy chappy and I'm pretty sure he'll have his troops fired up for this one, whether they are good enough is another story as Southampton have come on leaps on bounds under pochetino or whatever his name is but I think this match will be a lot closer than those odds suggest.
Surprised to see Puncheon moved out on loan to Palace because I thought he was one of their better players last season, Holloway could have worked a blinder there.
Tough game to call and I wouldn't like to put money on it but if I had an arm up my back I'd lay Southampton at those odds even though I know I'm going to get shouted at :lol

I expect Stoke to struggle this season but they did show a lot of heart against Liverpool at the weekend, saying that so did Palace against Spurs.
I'd have to say Stoke for the win due to Palaces inexperience at this level but at those odds I wouldn't risk putting money on it because Holloway likes nothing better than a good fight and he will certainly get one at the Brittania.

Villa v Liverpool WOOP WOOP.
Two good performances for Villa against two of the Prems top teams, if Moyes thinks the footballing fixture Gods are against him wtf must Lambert think.
I actually think this might just be one game too many for Villa within the space of a week and they may well buckle when Liverpool start to hit them with the kitchen sink, saying that for all Liverpools possession at the weekend they still struggle to hit the onion bag without Suarez and if they do the same on Saturday evening then Villa are in with a shout because since Abonglahor's been playing like a man possessed back end of last season and into this Villa look a different side, whilst he's been creating chances Benteke isn't afraid to take them.
Have to go with a Liverpool win but the odds look a bit stingy considering Liverpools on and off form over the last few seasons but I suppose Liverpool do have a good record at Villa park in recent years..

No point in going into depth with City or Spurs at they both should win, suppose they make a nice little double @ just over evens.

I'll mention Utd v Chelsea nearer the time as I haven't made my mind up yet, although as Keema would say 'United @ over evens at home' is not to be sniffed at.

Good stuff Slick, we like the same there. I'm on Hull at home @ 6/4, for the reasons you mention plus I think they have made two very good signings in Huddlestone and Livermore.
These are the games that Hull have to win if they are to have any hope of staying up, I think they have a chance at home here.

Sunderland for me too. No banker by any means but 9/2 available for the away win is a bit big. Even better is you can get them 12/5 DNB.
I'm on the DNB at 9/4. Southampton got a late win at Albion (who I think face a relegation fight this season) in the week of Rickie Lambert, while Sunderland battered Fulham at home without picking up a point. Close margins between the two games I think and anything can happen here.

I not looking forward to playing Villa at all.

I wasn't going to but Villa at 4.2 is too big not too. Down side is it's the third game in 8 days but this early in the season maybe this effect won't be so great for a young team and also upside must be the confidence gained from the last two games. Anything less than 3.00 I would have left alone but 4.2 I'll risk

Got to agree about Villa. I'm having the same bet as last week as they're simply overpriced. I didnt put it on here in the rush with cricket but I'll back 2-1 & 3-1 again with the win

Im really into the DNB markets this season and saw Villa were 21-10 on odds checker at Marathon Bet but Im damned if I could find any DNB market on their site among all the other myriad markets.

But if its there Im on...

Why,would that be as good as 21-10?

The main reason I dont bet Asian hcps is cos,as far as Im aware ,the best odds are with that bookie all pros bet with but whos name escapes me right now!

But when I tried to join they wanted copies of my passport and address etc etc.

Too much trouble but I will get round to it eventually.

OH,are you saying that the market on Marathonbet is in fact an asian hcp market:unsure Colbro?

I will take a look,thanks

Oh yes.I see it now.Thanks,Colbro.

It didnt help that the price was in decimals when I clicked onto it before.

If it had said 21-10 I wouldve put 2+2 together

So now Im wondering what the price is with Asian hcp specialists?

The same presumably or else everyone would go to Marathonbet one presumes

Aston Villa - Liverpool

I would definetley try draw no bet for Aston Villa today. Underestimated team, against the not so strong team of Liverpool. Liverpool plays better than last season, but without Suarez for five more games I expect real troubles for the team scoring. Benteke is in superb form with three goals from two games, and if even one opportunity, the striker would probably score, resulting in a win for Aston Villa against Liverpool, that was seen to score very hardly against Stoke City.

Prediction: Draw No Bet/ Aston Villa @2,75 bet365
Prediction 2: 1X (Double Chance) @1,90 bet365

Racing Post Headline: Benteke to fire Villa to Victory

(They recommend Betfred 13-2 Benteke to score and Villa to win)

Just watching the Sunderland match and they're hanging on for grim death lol, saying that they've just broke away and missed a sitter.

£20 GUARANTEED on Utd game.

sorry, didnt have time to see if this has been said already but you can make £20 or £26 on the utd game from bet 365.

bet on blues double chance before the game £50 4/7

then bet on Utd to win as soon as game starts. 7/5

losing (Utd)bet will be returned

in theory its against the terms and conds but there shudnt be a problem in practise

Nice one Hotspur .

Anything over evens for United at home is a good bet, this isn't a classic United side and it may not be fashionable but last season shown us they know how to get a result in the Prem.

On paper and with Mourinhio in charge you could be forgiven for being all over Chelsea but tread carefully, be interesting to see though whether Moyes set's out his stall as Fergie would do.

Personally I'm gonna sit on fence as I do when most top teams play each other and plump for a draw.

Just seen the line ups, my only concern with United's selection (looks the same as the Swansea one) is they may be a bit light weight in central midfield, they have started with Carrick and Cleverley but the way Carrick plays just in front of the back four it could leave too much for a youngster like cleverly to cope against Lampard and Ramirez, saying that I think Mourinhio has missed a trick here as he could have totally dominated midfield had he played Mata instead on De Bruyne who is more of a winger.

hotspur I've decided to back Man U at home . getting about 4.30 for united at home is value for me
so taken 2.40 this afternoon and backed them @ 2.25 after the kickoff , which I think I'm getting twice the average odds
If they win I'm very happy . if they lose I only lose half my stake
that's my kind of betting

Mr Special One seems to have fallen out with Mata Slick. There are rumours that he's being frozen out in a bid to force him to move before the window shuts (sorry, "slams shut").

Don't know why as he's a cracking player but who know's what happens behind the scenes.

I've backed United to win the league at over 5/2 so I'm happy with anything but a Chelsea win.
