Seems more than a fortnight since the last set of Prem fixtures but thank fcuk it's back, It wouldn't have been so bad if there was any decent FA cup fixtures but they they were all shite.

It's a bit of a mixed bag betting wise this weekend, Going from top to bottom fixture and time wise.....
Chelsea are to short on current form no matter how bad Bolton are, who would bat an eyelid should Bolton nab a point.

Newcastle look a decent bet and should see off Wolves, my only concern is Wolves sacking Mcarthy as all the Wolves players will be under the microscope hoping to salvage some sort of career in the top flight.

I'm taking QPR as they are due some sort of turnaround under Hughes and who better to do it to than his old club, who themselves are no great shakes at the moment.

The Baggies v Sunderland is a tough call, I'll be giving it a miss but would select draw if i had to pick a result.

I'm also going for Wigan, on current form wigan probably have the slight edge allthough not having the better players, its a tough call but something tells me Wigan will just edge this and put Villa in site of the struggling teams below them (soz swoops).

Can't really back against City at the Etihad when the team is Blackburn who City have a cracking record against in recent years, this should be a matter of how many goals City win by as with Yaya back they are looking a lot more comforable and hopefully will get back to their scoring and winning ways.
Trying not to sound big headed City could easily win this by 4 goals.

North London derby has the making of a great game, Arsenal being so hit and miss whilst Spurs looking pretty formidable of late, looking at the odds on offer and form to boot it's hard not to have a tinkle on Spuds, which I think I will allthough the wiser bet will probably be Spurs + 0.5 on the AH @ 1.8's, I've not decided yet but will be taking Spurs withwer way.

A strange fact on Villa is that their away form is very good (in comparison to their home form at least) & also theres only 1 team took more points from losing positions in the prem, which I agree doesnt sit with the insipid spineless performances on the box, but there you go. Perhaps the key to that stat is that we're behind more than anyone else :lol
Dont see us losing at all tbh, Wigan can play football but they punch like David Haye's toe

Cheers Wes but wtf is Willie Carson doing on it?

I'l have a fiver on it anyhow as you sound confident enough, could only get 8/1 mind on Bet365 which I took as I was allready logged into that account.

hahaha!

8/1 is a good price, i reckon it wil be a bit shorter 2moro.. they always end up going for one big and i think this could be the one.. im not always right mind but i do well in these sort of races usually.. iv stuck it in a few £2 5 team football accums cos if it does win they become £20 accums!
good luck.

.

Not me for one. I seem to recall that we cast doubt on Chelsea's ability to deliver the banker home win last week and I would have the same doubts again this week. A team in disarray.

Just for interest, I'm going to look for prices on Bolton to miss a penalty, (David Luiz is a prime candidate for hacking somebody down in the box) David Luiz to get sent off and Bolton to score first.

Oh, and over 3 goals 5/4.

I'm not putting money on it but I think a Chelsea lay is a good shout personally, same as last week when I did.
I also disagree on QPR/Fulham. Yes Fulham have the worst away record in the prem but they won this fixture 6 nil the other way around, & QPR have 2 defeats in the last 3 against Blackburn & Wolves. No way could I back QPR here, so Fulham for me.
