Odds William Hill

Seems they haven't got the Monday night Fulham v Liverpool game up yet, I'll get it from elsewhere.

Ehhm, looks like we have some pretty interesting match up's this weekend.

Starting with Newcastle v Chelsea, Value here has to be with Newcastle as theres no way Chelsea should be odds on away from home on their current form, Newscastle will have got a huge lift after last weeks point gained at the Swamp and that added to their impressive display at the Etihad should see them going into this match with their tails up.
I'm not saying they will win the game but Chelsea look devoid of confidence at the moment and won't be looking forward to this match.
Newcastle +0.5 on the AH @ around evens could be the way to go here.

Blackburn v Swansea
This has the makings of a tight affair, when i first saw it I thought 'draw' straight away but the more I think about it and Steve keans (seeming) abilility to brush off everything that is going on around him, trying to look like Mr Cool personified; I do think Blackburn will get the upper hand here. I can't explain the reasons why , it's just one of those occassions where you get a niggly feeling for a result. This Blackburn teams isn't great but they do seem to feel very sorry for their manager and doing their best in recent weeks to try and put things right.
Against the better teams they will always be on a loser but against the likes of Swansea they should have the experience to get a result so long as the commitment is there which I think it will be.

Man City v Norwich
Can't see anything other than a City win, the first team apart from Aguero has had a full weeks rest and should be raring to go here, in recent weeks City have looked a bit 'ropey' but then i came across a stat which put things into perspective...Out of Citys last nine games; seven have been away from home. In that time City have won 7, drew 1 and lost 1, so things aren't quite as bad as i thought.
Coming back to the Etihad will be a welcome change for them and against a team like Norwich a chance to put in a confident performance, I should imagine City will be looking to put this one to bed asap so they can take their foot off the gas and make the changes necessary to prepare for Wednesdays Champs league qualifier against Bayern.
Should also be one for the overs.

QPR v West Brom
This is one of the few games this week that has actually caught my eye, QPR are/were going great guns until Norwich brought them back down to earth whilst the Baggies have been toddling along picking up points under the radar when and where they can.
QPR will be looking to bounce back asap and will be going out on a limb here under Warnocks instructions to get a result and they way they have been playing at Loftus rd I expect them to get one
QPR win.

Tottenham v Bolton
Good hiding on the cards here for Bolton I reckon, I've tried to think of an argument in Boltons defence but there is none, if anything Bolton are under priced.
Spurs win, +2.5 goals.

Wigan v Arsenal
I won't be touching this as I don't like Arsenal on the road and wigan aren't as bad as there league position suggests, I know I've been saying that all season and the only time i never (last week after i had gave up on them and the buggers ending up winning) Wigan are playing well but just cannot score.
I still expect Arsenal to win this game but won't be suprised if Wigan gain a point.

Aston Villa v Man Utd
I'm going for United here, it may not be the greatest United team there has ever been and they have huffed and puffed all season but they still grind out results and to be fair I thought their display against Newcastle last weekend was the best they have put in all season even if it only resulted in a point.
Off the top of my head I'm thinking (correct me If I'm wrong) United have a great record at Villa and nothing from what I have seen of Villa so far this season suggest's that will not continue.
United Win.

Everton v Stoke
Would have been a tad tighter had Stoke not played tonight in the Europa Cup but either way I'd have gone for Everton here, tonights match just solidifys my initial thoughts.
Everton are doing their usual stunt of picking up form after a very slow start to the season whilst Stoke of late seem to losing their way a touch by losing to teams they would usually bury, Pullis seems distracted and obsessed with the Europa cup but now they have qualified they can concentrate on the league again but this match has probably come a few days too soon for them.
Those are good odds for Everton and this was one of the first games on my shortlist.
Everton win.

I can smell a lot of draws this weekend hmmm ill go first instinct draws in the Newcastle, Blackburn and Qpr matches with home wins at City, Tottenham, Everton and Wolves i especially like the price on Wolves.

I never got to Wolves Yorkie as time was knocking on but I'll go along with you there m8, I also stopped at them as i needed to think about Bruce going and what effect it may have, and thinking about it nobody will know until after the match so I'm not going to try and second guess it, If it was a home match I may have been swayed but not on the rd as Wolves can perform when they pull thier finger out.
I'll go for a Wolves win but won't be touching it as I know Sunderland on paper have the players to turn them over and who knows how they'll peform now Bruce has gone, i have a sneaky feeling they will go from bad to worse but it's a funny old game.

Gone for everything i said but changed my mind and joined you on the QPR to win

Think MO'N is a superb appointment as long as Sunderland are big enough to back him. Dont mean that nastily, but hes a man that needs to be backed. Would have backed Wolves against them under Bruce, but no chance now. No bet.
Villa are looking poor. We've always been one of the likelier sides to spanner up potential title teams, but we dont look it now :ohwell Manures record @ Villa is superb, no defeat in 15 years or something, & although we won @ OT last year (?) I dont see us getting anything, & against a more vintage United I'd be seriously worried tbh.
Cant agree on Blackburn, theyre shit. He's shit. The owners are shit. The decision to sack Allardyce was shit. The deision to give Kean a new contract is astounding. Not seen a bloke so out of his depth since Norwich put that youth team coach/cleaner/bus driver in charge. Not sure I could back Swansea but no way could I back Blackburn in a donkey race. Feel for the fans.
Spurs are far too short, & that run has to end soon, surely?
Arsenal too short to back, leaving QPR & Albion.....& I cant decide on that one :unsure

I'm on Liverpool tonight. I've tried to justify Fulham getting something out of the game due to them looking good defensively but i just think Liverpool will be too strong. Early team news is that Carroll, Suarez and Bellamy will all start.

Away win for me @ Evens (doubled with Lille in champs league)
