I don't like saying this but Chelsea look a very good price, City look a bit jaded at the moment and their Injury list is not allowing for much squad rotation as vital games are coming thick and fast, City have a must win game on Wednesday and then Pellegrini has to decide which is the most Important game, the FA cup or Champs league against Barcelona the following Tuesday and I think we all know what his decision will be.
Chelsea on the other hand play tomorrow night giving them an extra days rest and no game after the FA cup match for a full week; which will allow them to put out a full strength squad once more against City whilst Pellers will have to ring the changes.

Hull & Wigan at first glance but I'd want to be seeing the line ups first

City having their midweek fixture cancelled obvioulsy throws a different light on the match, they now have had a full weeks rest b4 this fixture whilst Chelsea did look a bit jaded midweek and are now without Cahill due to Injury and Terry is still injured, I'm only mentioning them because they both had a blinder when they beat City a couple of week ago.
Still City have to play this game with Tuesdays match against Barcelona in mind and will probably still ring the changes but with Nasri and Garcia back in the fold they can now do it relatively comfortably.
Saying that it's still not a match I'd be confident betting on, but if I was I'd expect City's odds to shorten or Chelsea's to drift out.

As cup holders Wigan have done well to date Swoops but lately their league form has been suffering just as they were getting geared up to enter the play off places, having won it once and hoping to do well this year but knowing they have no chance of winning it again then I think Tuesday's game against Barnsley will take priority, I'll be very surprised if Rossler put's out a full strength squad tomorrow.

I'll go along with Hull though; with no need to rest players they will make a good go of this and at that price well worth a shout.

Fuck me there's no-one at sunderland is there :eek looks like Queens Park playing at Hampden

However - it was the 8th home game in the last 6 weeks since turn of the year, and 9 changes to the home side so basically the reserves. Cold and pissing down, and on telly to boot. Oh, and we're all unemployed up here too, so with most fans having just shelled out £200+ for the cup final tickets/travel/accommodation, we're all skint.

There was 42,810 at the league game v Hull last week.

wasn't taking the piss actually, after I'd done all the relegation research I knew how many big home games you'd got against the sides around you, i was just shocked how empty it looked

Yeah, I know what you mean. With the capacity being 49,000, even when there's 40k in there are 9,000 empty seats.

For the cup games like today they should close the upper tiers (like Newcastle do) so the fans are closer the to pitch which creates a better home atmosphere and also stops the stadium looking half empty.
