10.20 Vaal - SUMIKO and SIGNORA BOMBER - 2 of the better workriders employed for this pair, with both available at 14's.

10.55 Vaal - INAFIX and SOVEREIGNS CALL - Inafix holds enough decent form at 5's and SC is stepped back in trip for 4th start today and can improve at 14's.

11.30 Vaal - LANCASTER RAIN and DEE DAY - LR ran a nice enough debut and should be better for the run at 7's. DD makes AW debut and is interesting on Turffontein form at 8's.

1.15 Vaal - DREAMLAND - Blinkers back on and can improve back in a Handicap at 8's.

3.25 Newcastle - HELSGETAWAY - Nice enough debut and should improve for that today at 12's.

5.30 Chelmsford - MIMASUSA - Huge drifter to 80's, but a nicely enough newcomer and would expect her to be returned shorter.

6.30 Chelmsford - BURLINGTON HOUSE - Might be waiting for handicap's, but has run OK on first two starts and should appreciate the step up in trip at 12's.

7.30 Chelmsford - NIKKI'S GIRL - Cheekpieces back on and form since August win has been fair enough. Touc slowly away last time, so breaking with the field would be an obvious plus at 7's.
