11.01 Turffontein - SIGNORA BOMBER - Much better than last two runs and chance if finding best form at 33's

11.36 Turffontein - LORD DANON PLATINA - Returns from a 10-week break, during which time he was gelded. He will have blinkers for the first time today, which could bring about improvement at 20's

12.11 Turffontein - REMAINS OF THE DAY and GOLDEN PAVILION - ROTD is improving and looks pretty solid at 4's. GP has work to do at the weights, but does possess plenty of speed at 20's.

1.20 Turffontein - PLATINA PRINCESS - Back up in trip and looks a pretty useful filly at 6's.

3.40 Chelmsford - GREEN GO - Back in trip for handicap debut and first of 3 runs to date was not that bad. Over - priced for me at 66's.

6.00 Southwell - STAR OF STJAMES - Not a lot in 3 runs for current yard, but down to a very nice looking mark and there are probably worse 100/1 shots out there.

8.00 Southwell - PHOENIX BEACH - Arrives in good form and looks fairly treated at 3's.

8.30 Southwell - WRESTLING REVENUE - Dropping down the weights and back up in trip today at 16's.
