Might be worth noting that three British trainers send one horse to Longchamp today , all of them in the same race , the group 3 D'Arenberg Stakes at 3.27 .
George Scott whose in good form (27% SR over the past fortnight) at the moment sends Rocket Rodney , 5/2 with Hills at the moment , most others have it as a 15/8-7/4 chance. Daniel Muscutt is there for just this one ride. Horse been in cracking form - 2,1,2,1,2,2 .. lost out to Treasure Trove lto in a listed race at York by a length and 3/4 , that ones gone in again so form looks okay. Since the 19th August when trainer and jockey team up the results have been -1,2,1,2,4,1,2,2,4. Should be there or thereabouts i think.
Kerindia for Michael Bell also lines up , 9th lto in the Lowther , but before that had run well enough when 3rd of 10 in a group 3 at Deauville. Trainer has secured the services of Christophe Soumillion today and from what i can see the horse is a best priced 15/2 with Bet Fred , 7s generally
Alice Haynes also sends just one over the water , Lady Hollywood , had been holding her form well until last time out , when only managing 11th in the Lowther. Mickael Barzalona is on steering duties today so maybe better is expected here , 7/2 with Ladbrokes , 3/1-10/3 everywhere else.
