11.10 Vaal - IDEAL WOLFF - Notebook horse who ran a nice 2nd last time out, so sticking with him today at 4's

12.10 Vaal - DRUMMER DUDE - Had a nice little break since finishing down the field in listed company. Bit more realistic company today at 11's

2.40 Vaal - SOUL OF WIT - First run for the stable and did have some decent form for the late Romeo Francis. Recent jockey bookings suggest he thought the horse was still capable, so interesting to see if the St John Grey yard and find the key to him at 16's

12.10 Vincennes - HELVETIKA and HEITIDA GEDA - Top 2 in the betting taking up most of the market, so going with 2 EW alternatives at 10's and 16's respectively

1.42 Pau - TARSAMIS - Fair enough 3rd on debut and can improve at 14's
