9.50 Vaal - SPIRIT OF ST LOUIS - Nicely bred newcomer at 14's.

10.25 Vaal - KHALEESI'S GOLD - Bred to do better than 3 " duck eggs " at 40's.

11.00 Vaal - THE INKOSANA - Possible improver at 50's.

12.50 Vaal - FUNKY MUSIC - Notebook horse at 3's.

2.00 Vaal - EASTBROOK - Chance on last season's form and beaten just a shade under 4 lengths last time. Bit big for me at 25's.

South Africa, no good. Hoping for better with these, though again a couple are at big prices -

3.45 Haydock - CANTY BAY - Nicely bred newcomer and 8's into 4's.

4.00 Wolverhampton - RESTRICTED AREA - Lightly raced sort who did show a bit of promise at 2. Not much on comeback run, but tongue tie added and really should not be 66's.

4.30 Wolverhampton - INDURO DE FONTAINE - Potential improver at 100's, though definitely needs to.

6.00 Wolverhampton - ANGEL ON HIGH - Back up in trip, headgear removed and gelded since last run, so may be able to recover his bets form at 18's.

6.30 Wolverhampton - SPLIT ELEVENS - Notebook horse at 14's

7.00 Wolverhampton - RIVER CHORUS - Remains a maiden, but every chance on best form at 8's

7.15 Pornichet - SEHMARA - Plenty of promise on debut, but not as much in 2 run since. Does make h'cap debut and is therefore a potential improver at 18's

7.30 Wolverhampton - HARDY - No luck with the draw, but fair start to his career and still has improvement in him at 20's
