11.39 Vaal - ZOOMBOMBER - Bit exposed now, but recent efforts all good in the context of this race at 4's.

1.10 Durbanville - CORONATION TIME - Closely matched with a few of these and remains on a competitive mark at 14's.

2.23 Durbanville - FAMILY POWER - Has ability and hopefully been refreshed by the recent break at 20's.

2.45 Gowran Park - ALTIMARA and FIRESKY - The former has hinted at potential and is 16's into 11's. The latter looks nicely enough bred and the stable can get one ready at 33's.

7.45 Newcastle - SOVEREIGN QUEEN - 2 time runner up from 7 starts, though last 3 not so good. Plenty to prove, but unlikely to have lost all her ability at 33's.
