10.15 Sha Tin - HONG KONG GREAT - Gelded since last run and tongue tie added at 10's

10.50 Greyville - NHLANHLA - Has the plum draw for debut, so hoping Jason Gates can get away on terms. Interesting newcomer at 33's.

11.20 Greyville - WYLIE'S LASS and MAZAVAROO - Both showed a bit more last time and hopefully can improv again at 33's.
 
10.50 Sha Tin - WATER DIVINER - Best efforts recently have been a pair of fifths, but seldom beaten far and the h'capper has given him a chance. Not raced on slower ground for a while, but his first 2 career runs came on soft ( over in Australia ) and certainly bred to go on it. Huge run would not be the biggest shock at 40's.
 
11.55 Greyville - HOT TIN ROOF - 2 course runs both OK and not beaten far last time. Definite chance this field at 10's.

12.30 Greyville - ABBEY - Not run since November, but carries strong form into the race at 6's.

3.23 Greyville - DOUBLE ESPRESSO - Not the best of runs 2 ago and fair effort last time. Down in the weights and worth a crack at the mile, so going with a decent EW at 20's.
 
2.48 Greyville - LIBERTY HALL - Did not take to the area when transferred over to the Cape. Interesting back in KZN and whilst having to find a bit, has 2 good runs to his name over the mile and could prove the dark horse of the field at 20's.
 
1.15 Newmarket - BURRISTO - Lots of big hitters out in this one, but Buratino was my fancy to be leading first season sire and this one is with right sort of yard in Richard Hannon. Starting out over 6f looks fine at 14's.

3.35 Newmarket - MILLISLE - Stamina needs to be taken on trust, but not too many holes in this ones form at 4's.

3.50 Haydock - VELOCISTAR - Nicely bred newcomer and 6f on the ground looks like it should be OK. Bit alarmed to see 40's on offer, but equally this is too big for me to resist.

4.10 Newmarket - SHELIR - Listed winner over in Ireland for Dermot Weld and interesting on first start for a new stable at 25's.
 
2.23 Greyville - MARY O - Last minute pick at 40's, as might just try to make all.
 
4.25 Haydock - GOOD VIBES - Ended last season on a high and hopefully has trained on at 16's.
 
5.00 Haydock - DANCING RAVE and LITTLE INDIA - DR should be thereabouts on recent form at 10's and LI looks a threat, if back to best at 25's
 
5.20 Newmarket - A'SHAMARDI - Nicely bred debutante at 25's.
