10.25 Fairview - PONTE VECCHIO - Jockey stated something was amiss last time so that run can be forgiven. Drops back to sprinting today and can show improvement with decent workrider booked at 16's.

11.00 Fairview - FIRST LORD - Has a fellow newcomer at EVS to beat, but FL is also nicely bred at 25's.

1.20 Fairview - CHRONICLES OF NARNIA - Fair chance at the weights and has cracked the plum draw. Can show some improvement on recent runs at 25's.

1.55 Fairview - SYMBOL OF LOVE - Drop to minimum trip is no concern as she has won once and finished third twice from six starts over the trip. Form of last couple pretty solid at 4's.

2.35 Fairview - JOYOUS JUBILEE - Can turn things round with the FAV at these weights and does possess plenty of speed at 7's

4.30 Chantilly - MCTENETT - Fair 3rd last time in a class 1. Not sure if he is up to listed company, but certainly should have more to offer at 33's.

4.40 Dundalk - AMERICAN IN PARIS - Course winner back in July and should be sharper for 2 January outings. Fairly weighted, good 5lb claimer booked and decent EW shout at 16's.

7.00 Newcastle - MEWS HOUSE - 3rd run back off a 239 day break, so hopefully sharper for those and now below last winning mark at 16's.

7.15 Dundalk - LITTLE KEILEE - Fair 3rd of 7 here 37 days ago, when only headed final 1f. Should give another good account from 1 lb lower mark at 10's.
