4.00 Greyville - 2 at quite short and a rag, so the forecast would be nice -

EAHAART ( Good effort in latest run, and every chance at the weights )
FASHION QUEST ( Slid lately, including on the poly and better effort last time )
IDEAL DUEL ( Hinted on debut and possible improver at 33's )
 
5.15 Warwick - LERICHI BELLE - Enough promise on debut to warrant an EW at 20's.
 
4.35 Greyville - ASTROMAN - Drops back in trip, holds fair form and should get the pace he needs. About right at 6's.
 
5.15 Greyville - ACADEMY PRINCESS - Only wins this c & d and not at all disgraced lately. Takes a further drop in the ratings and tries the Mile again. Not exactly shouting future winner, but equally do not get the 66's on offer.
 
5.55 Greyville - Combination FC / TC with these -

SHIRLEY VALENTINE ( Preety much a price thing as the early 10's looks way too big )
SMART WORLD ( Has won on the Poly and last 6 runs look decent at this level )
EMPEROR NIARCHOS ( Moderate last couple, but fairly weighted and should be staying on nicely at 7's )
 
6.30 Greyville - FIRST APOSTLE - Solid enough recently and excellent effort last time after blowing the start. Short, but fair at 7/2.

7.00 Greyville - CLASS ACT - Lots of speed on show and this might just suit WILD IRISH at 5's. CA took a hit from the h'capper for finishing 2nd last time, but should be fitter today and useful claimer takes some of the weight off. EW shout at 12's.

7.30 Greyville - CALL TO BATTLE - Polytrack debut, but bred to go on the surface and does look a fair dark horse at 12's on stable debut.
 
5.45 Wolverhampton - WHISPERING SOUL - Caught wide last time when ultimately fading and always felt this one had ability. Chance at very best and happy taking that chance at 33's.

6.00 Dundalk - TOBACCO BAY - Fair enough debut and chance on comeback run with Heffernan booked.

6.15 Wolverhampton - LINEMAN - 2 time course winner and recent efforts here give him a strong EW chance at 11's.

7.00 Dundalk - BEAT THE BANK - Nicely bred debutante and the stable can get one ready. Pat Smullen booking and price of 7/2 also positives.
 
7.30 Greyville - Already with CALL TO BATTLE ( now 14's ), but adding Q BEHIND ME at 20's. Plenty exposed enough, but the blinkers are added and takes a drop in trip. Set the pace and then faded badly last time over 750m extra. Has the 3 stall today so if having enough sprinting speed, could make a bold bid from the front.
 
5 winners scattered around. Financially, CLASS ACT was the best at 16's, but in terms of the future. BEAT THE BANK, could not have done it much better on debut. What he beat is open to question, but few debutante's do it that smoothly.
