3.30 NICE CHAP - Slow away and ran green on debut. Was spotted making late progress however and should come on for that massively. Possible improver at 28's

4.45 CHILLI AFFAIR - Fair last 2 runs, in-form stable, has claims now dropped back in trip.

5.15 MOSTARDA - Moderate latest, has placed over this distance though and is well drawn.

6.15 EXPRESSO MARTIN - Moderate effort out of the maidens, but opening mark did not look harsh and hopefully can re - find some form now dropped back in trip. Interesting EW shout at 16's

5.25 Musselburgh - WEE BOGUS - Nicely bred and the stable does get the odd Bumper winner. EW shout at 16's.

7.30 Greyville - JASON ARGO - Fair effort last time behind the useful Kingsmead, but handily been dropped for it. Certainly well handicapped and possible front runner at 16's. Of the fancied runners I have WINTER AURALIUS as the best of them, so adding this one for the forecast at 4's.

7.45 Newcastle - KAZANAN - Much better on first run as a 3yo and though this is stronger, can get involved at 20's, if improving again.

8.15 Newcastle - SHEEPSCAR LAD - Best over this trip and a switch to the AW could well suit. Looks a fair alternative to the odds on.

9.00 Dundalk - ROTOR BARON - Both wins have come at this venue and bit more like it last twice. Wayne Lordan booked and looks a decent EW bet at 12's
