3:30 Sedgefield - FINAL FLING - Decent debut and did look like a stayer so interesting on today's heavy ground.

4:10 Wolverhampton - RENEGE - Early drift on debut is a worry, but always happy backing an Ed McMahon first timer. Not badly bred either and happy chancing the 40's.

6:35 Dundalk - GREY IS THE DAWN - Another debutante, with a shade more appeal on breeding this time. Stable not prolific with its juveniles, but does get enough winners to be of interest.

9:05 Dundalk - SHARJAH - Reliable front runner who goes well at the track. Good 3rd latest, blinkers retained and down a handy pound.

L15 for the Regular Friday Night meeting over in South Africa -

4:40 Greyville - SHE'S THE ONE - Nicely bred debutante and represents the Respected Howells / Yeni combination. Could have made a fair case for SILVER FALLS, but the draw makes life difficult. Small saver at 50's.

5:45 Greyville - FLY AWAY WITH ME - Won 3 ago and last two efforts excusable. Better draw today and looks big to me at 40's.

6:15 Greyville - DO BE SNAPPY - Capable sort at best and Anthony Delpech looks a significant jockey booking.

7:15 Greyville - SECOND LIEUTENANT - Not keen on backing a hat trick seeker, but obviously in - form and can't fathom the 16's on offer.

Others over in SA -

4:05 Greville - 3 "Roughies " for the opener -

KINGS WAGER ( Slow away on debut and not the worst result in the circumstances. Bred to do better )
REACTIVE ( Showed improvement here on 2nd start, though would need to step up again )
ROY'S HONOUR ( Kept off the pace on debut, but only beaten 6l, behind a fair measuring stick. Money at 20's would be nice to see )

5:15 Greyville - Couple not quite so " rough " here -

JACLYN JETSETTER ( Steady sort and still looks fairly weighted. EW shout at 14's )
WHOOPS A DAISY ( Nice draw to work with and capable of fair form. Shade big maybe at 20's )
STAR ATTRACTION ( Last effort here not bad and possible pace setter. 66's probably about right, but still a squeak at that )

7:45 Greyville - Racing is 30 minutes behind due to a serious injury to Jockey Jarryd Samuel. Plenty of time therefore for the last -

PIONEER SPIRIT ( Stable 2nd string, but in fair form )
EMPEROR NIARCHOS ( Tough draw, but classy at best and nicely weighted )
SECRET LOVER ( Out the weights, but fair effort here last time and capable on a going day )
