3.00 Flamingo Park - WESTERN FORCE and YESAN STAR - WF has gone off a single figure price in his last 13 starts, so the early 11's has obvious appeal. Form wise, he has been going OK, but the h'capper still has him at 79. Has however been up against stronger lately and is on 2nd run back off a break so should strip fitter. YS is way more speculative and is tough to back based on last 3 starts. Could simply be on the downgrade of course, but did win as recently as June. Tends to go well at this level and this is his easiest assignment recently, so cannot rule out at 80's.

RICH APPROVAL ( Back down to 60, fair record this trip and well drawn today at 33's )
WARBASH ( Fairly solid last 6 efforts [ inc a win ] and back to favoured trip today. Could try and make all at 12's )
HO'OPONOPONO ( Slow starts becoming a concern, but plummeting down the ratings and has kept better company in the past. Extra furlong today a help and hopefully will be staying on to effect at 33's )
