Horse Racing Bets Saturday 11th March

10.45 Turffontein - SWEET LADY JADE - Beaten 39l last time and subsequently been rested, but was 2 from 4 prior to that and had looked decent. Has plenty on her plate off 82, but is lightly raced and represents top connections. Was expecting to see 6's, so no real choice for me at 12's.

SLJ, drifted and was poor.

11.20 Turffontein - MIESQUE'S RUMBA and GOLD EDITION - Tough to ignore the odds on at the weights, but he is taking a steep rise in trip and is just about opposeable on that. Opposition looks average, so happy to go with this pair, both at 14's.

1.40 Hereford - TRY IT SOMETIME - Holds some useful staying form and EW chance getting plenty of weight all round.

1.50 Sandown - TINTERN THEATRE - Bit more needed based on his Uttoxeter second, but should run his race at 12's.

2.30 Gowran Park - GOHEADMAKEMYDAY - Lightly raced, goes on the ground and chance in maiden company at 12's.

3.15 Wolverhampton - AMAZOUR - Bit to find at the weights, but continued to improve at 4 and hopefully they can eke a bit more out of him at 16's.

7.45 Chelmsford - SHINE THROUGH - Keen to oppose the FAV, but not convinced by the main opposition at the prices. ST is nicely bred and should improve for a moderate debut at 50's

8.45 Chelmsford - ROCKET RONNIE - Fair last time and has come a long way down the weights. Luke Morris booked and a big effort looks expected at 9/2.

9.15 Chelmsford - Combination FC / TC with these -

SUBLIMATION ( Fair reappearance run, but does need to improve on recent form. Not without hope though at 14's )
FAST ON ( Poor record for one of his ability, but has won over c & d. EW shout at 10's )
MR TURNER ( Not much luck in running last twice, but not disgraced in either. Return to 10f looks fine and would expect better today at 8's )
