Starting off over in South Africa, with a couple of the 4 at big prices -

10.45 Turffontein - CULTURE QUEEN - Hint of ability on debut and certainly bred to do better. Possible improver at 50's

11.55 Turffontein - SPUTNIK PLAIN - Not a lot in 3 starts to date, but does represent a top trainer and really should be capable of more. Obvious risk at 66's.

12.30 Turffontein - SWEET CHESTNUT - Soild recent form, capable this level and top jockey booked. Was expecting 4's, so very happy to see the early 11/2.

2.50 Turffontein - DUFFI'S CALL - 3rd run back. Has been campaigning against stronger and unbeaten only run this distance. Top young claimer booked and solid EW shot at 9's.
 
1.35 Navan - WEIGHT FOR DAVE - Looked an improver last time before coming down at the last; clearly on a competitive mark and chance if fit and well from said fall.

2.45 Navan - PALMABAD - Ran well enough in a better race at Leopardstown last time and Rachael Blackmore takes a valuable 5 off.

4.15 Lingfield - MASAMAH - Nothing since switching to the Ian Williams yard, but coming down the weights and happy risking the 16's based on that.

6.15 Newcastle - HIGHLY FOCUSSED - Nicely bred and showed enough on debut to suggest that he has wins in him.
 
2.25 Kenilworth - Just sneaking this one in. EW's and FC / TC -

3.00 Kenilworth - MARCH ON - Seldom beat that far, but not really challenged since Maiden win. Down to a basement mark today though and return to sprting should help. Possible front runner form stall 10 and interesting EW at 50's.
 
3.35 Kenilworth - Gone with 3 in the closing Maiden -

ANGKOR WAT ( 3rd run back off a break, so should be fit and very capble at this level )
MANGROVE ( First 3 efforts were all pretty fair, but disappointed a shade last time. Step up in trip should be fine and EW chance at 10's
SEATTLE CAPTAIN ( Making minor strides to date and can hopefully improve a bit more at 66's )

Good start with Orlando Rogue winning @ 15/2 in one bet and 11/2 in the other. A good price to get a single up, a double would be marvelous.
 
I'm on Curzon Line in the last Punter so that's you snookered now. Sorry.
 
Just my fancy. Pissed in last time it ran over 7f although i dont know much about the jockey.
 
Let's hope he's back to his best here. That or Order of Service.

Not bad on the night though, 2 singles and a double.
 
Good stuff Punt. Missed most of the evening action as had waved the white flag. SPUTNIK PLAINS 4th at 66's set the tone and only a coupe of fair priced places to show.
