Miss Midas ran OK for 5th, though not beaten far and really should have placed.On to the next over in South Africa -
12.15 Greyville - 3 EW bets and combination FC / TC -
SHIRLEY VALENTINE ( Good maiden winner and now has the blinkers added for h'cap debut )
MAD PUSHPA ( Generally condistent and some improvement latest, stable in form and shade big at 14's )
SHIRAZ CABERNET ( Good signs in latest and well worth another crack this trip. EW shout at 25's )

12.55 Fairyhouse - TOE THE LINE - Useful dual purpose horse and leading chance in a race lacking any real strength in depth.
2.15 Musselburgh - MAN OF PLENTY - In fair form and should not mind the step back up in trip.
2.55 Southwell - UBLA - Surface debut and needs this or the return of the blinkers to spark a revivial. Certainly could not rule this out at 25's.
3.30 Exeter - CASTARNIE - Bit in and out and well beaten FAV last time out. Does have ability though, so definite interest at 18's

PATROCLUS ( Maiden winner over the mile, but has also placed over this longer trip. Comes here in good form and EW potential at 14's )
DHAAMER ( Much better latest effort and can hopefully confirm this from top draw today )
NIGHT LOCK ( Down to a lowly 45. Running OK without massively threatening, but has placed this c & d and basically could not resist at 100's )
