1.35 Salisbury - EBONY N IVORY - Half sister to a good un from this stable and at the prices, would rather be with this debutante over the Godolphin one.

2.05 Salisbury - RIDEONASTAR - Decent comeback run, gets the trip and won't mind any further rain.

3.00 Newmarket - CAPTAIN BOB - Not much on either run for the Robert Cowell yard, but both were on unsuitably soft ground. Overall record pretty decent and certainly weighted to go close.

5.10 Sligo - BURMA STAR - Closely matched with the FAV and could easily turn the tables today

2.45 Hamilton - TIME OF MY LIFE and DARK RULER - TOML is back off a break, but French form gives him a shout on stable debut. Bit of money at 33's would be nice to see. DR has been quiet lately, but has dropped to a nice mark and does go on the ground.

Wins for Ebony n Ivory and Rideonastar at 11/2 and 6's respectively. In the 2.45 managed an annoying combination of 2nd and 4th.
