12.45 Scottsville - EASTERN ECHO - Got the worst of the draw on debut and also ran green before fading badly. Switches to the turf today and is upped in trip, but would expect improvement today from the one stall. 7 of these have already procured a rating, but the best of those is rated 69, so would assume it will go to one of the lighter raced ones. Front pair in the market are 6/5 and 9/4, so no appeal there and happy playing EE at the early 66's.

Remaining pick below, including South Africa -

1.20 Scottsville - ROYAL ZULU GUARD - By Rock of Gibralter out of a King's Theatre mare, so surprising that he seems best over just a Mile. Not so good last time, but chance on best form and 2 races ago showed that he retains enough ability. Down to a mark of 53 and really should be getting involved at 14's.

1.20 Sedgefield - PRINCE KHURRAM - Been chasing lately, so need to hope that this has not blunted too much speed. 5lb lower though back over hurdles and shocked to see 14's on offer and no choice for me at said price.

1.30 Leopardstown - PRINCE CHARMIN - Decent enough hurdle debut and should improve for that. Dangerous with Davy Russell aboard and getting weight from the main protagonists.

2.30 Scottsville - PIANO MAN - Blinkers left off. Below par last two but capable of better. Edging down the weights, has bagged the plum draw and all career wins have been this course. Definite EW squeak at 40's.

3.05 Scottsville - ROY'S GOLD - Moderate latest after showing good signs previously, respected with Anthony Delpech back up and possibly a shade big at 7's.

3.50 Sedgefield - DUNCOMPLAINING - Fair form to date and does not look over burdoned for h'cap debut.

4.10 Fontwell - LILLIAN - Winner of both a Bumper and Hurdle and did at that point look to have a future. Not much in last 3 outings, but down to a 0 - 105 and hopefully can bounce back at 12's
