1.00 Turffontein - DEGA'S DREAM - Starting off in South Africa, with this unraced sort. Does look the stable 2nd string, but they can get one ready and this one does appeal on breeding at 25's

2.20 Fontwell - THE LAST BRIDGE - Back to a winning mark and whilst better over further, can make an impact getting weight all round.

3.15 Uttoxeter - RHIANNA - Bit of a "no show " in 4 runs to date, but bred to do much better and the step up in trip will hopefully bring improvement at 50's.

3.25 Fontwell - MAID OF TUSCANY - Looked decent late in 2015, but yet to re - discover that form. Do need the new trip to spark her back to life, but comfortable doing that at 12's.

4.45 Naas - SIEGE OF BOSTON - 2lb " wrong " but interesting on a few pieces of English maiden form and last couple of efforts actually read quite well. Stable / h'cap debut today and could be anything at 14's

3.40 N aas - MELESINA and WAYSIDE FLOWER - Melasina has a bit to prove after poor 2nd run, but not sure this justifies the 66's. WF was an excellent 2nd on debut and hopefully can improve.

4.00 Turffontein - Going with 3, all at EW prices -

MATILDA'S DAUGHTER ( Good maiden winner latest, faces stronger but top apprentice up )
CASEY'S JET ( Was on a good consistent run, but last 3 all inexplicably poor. Dropped for those and always of interest at this trip, especially at 100's )
RIVER RUN ( Poor latest over further but has won this c & d and hold up style means the draw is less of a worry )
