12.15 Fairview - CHRISTMAS CRACKER - Nicely bred debutante at 33's

12.50 Fairview - CUP CAKE - Loves this c & d, well drawn and top jockey up. Back off a 14 week break though, but this explains the generous looking odds of 20/1.

1.25 Fairview - BATTLE CREEK - Often thereabouts, likes this distance and has the plum draw. Shade over - price maybe at 7's.

2.35 Fairview - MASTER'S EYE - 3rd run back, improved in latest, in-form jockey up and goes on the ground. Consistency issues the main worry, but very capable at this level and happy risking the 10's

12.50 Wexford - FLAG ON THE PLAY - Related to a useful sort in Changing Times and should not mind the testing conditions. Tough ask on debut, but for me, one of the more likely " rags " at 40's.

1.35 Wincanton - PISTOL SHOOT - Does look a tough race for the grade and might be up against some future stars. PS does have plenty of form however and part of the 40's is that he represents an unfashionable stable.

4.00 Galway - KENTUCKY LASS - Not the most consistent, but enough form has her going close at 20's.

4.10 Aintree - JET SET - Interesting at 14's on rules debut as is nicely bred and represents a stable that does well in this sphere and can get one ready.
